Simply awful English is extremely bad Game play is nonexistent It tells you what tool to choose you click in it and then it does all the work for you For example to give stitches the arrow points to the needle After clicking on the needle the game automatically sews up the wound itself This is how everything is done Graphics are also horrible Total fail all around Just Horrible
