ibisMail for iPad - Filtering Mail

Unlike altamail this app was an easy setup with all the features I like and it has an ipad and iPhone version real winner                 Really awesome

This app has a lot of features and options lacking in Apples mail Until something better comes along this does it quite nicely for me              Show me something better

I desperately needed an email app that allowed setting rules for incoming messages This app does just that and is great for several reasons 1 It gives me the ability to consolidate six email accounts into one folder 2 I have filters rules set for four of these accounts all are POP3 so that all of our webinarrelated emails get pulled into a folder and out of sight from those to which I need to pay attention 3 Its fairly easy to set up although it does take a little time to figure it out 4 Sends and receives to all accounts as advertised 5 Versatility allows me to move reading pane to bottom or side of screen This does exactly what it says it doesand seems issuefree                 Filters work perfectly

This is the app Ive been waiting for Finally able to manage my several email accounts The only one I had trouble with is Yahoo because Yahoo doesnt tell you that for full functionality you must subscribe to their premere service for 1999 per year I would have gladly paid had I known But that wont make up for lost days trying to get Yahoo calendars contacts to sync all because Yahoo doesnt inform about their pay service Hopefully this note will save others aggravation Back to this app It connected to all the other accounts flawlessly I have searched for long time for something that meets my needs and this is it                 Great

Cant get this to work for my yahoo account Set up correctly and it wont fetch mail Triple checked my settings Just sits there with progress icon spinning Waste of money and I rate it a zero     Doesnt work

Since iOS7 update iBisMail doesnt work with ATOKPad ATOKPad Version 47 is already compatible with iOS7 ibis Inc please fix your APP ASAP     Doesnt work with ATOKPad on iOS7

Lost my emails in the inbox wont retrieve new emails Just goes thru the motions Waste of money and havent heard from the developer Dont use for business     Not reliable

Good email app However the badge icon for new emails does not work           No Badge Icon

No combined inbox will not download messages for one of my multiple Gmail accounts downloaded messages show up in wrong account and freezes when attempting to forward emails Nice looking app too bad it doesnt work     Total waste of money

Too bad I really wanted this to work It worked smoothly with my iCloud account but not with my personal IMAP accounts I have setup our company email on every email client and OS practically without issue My problem with Ibis is that my inbox doesnt populate only my IMAP folders My inbox path is indeed and always has been any other attempts to change to Inbox for example generates errors syncing my IMAP folders In short IMAP doesnt work In regards to SMIME support there is none as there is with Apple mail FYI So Digital Signing and encrypted mail support isnt possible at least not in this version That might mean something to some business users Overall the interface is simple boring and the lack of a unified Inbox is inconvenient and inefficient as others have stated Unfortunately getting refund     Doesnt Work well on Personal IMAP accounts

I cant get the app to work at all I have contacted customer service several times but I am still not able to connect NIE they wont respond to my emails for help Ingave it one star because I had to     Bad app Even worst support

Im a casual email user and this app is terrific I use gmail and I have no problems You can even set up a Passcode lock for your mail which was my primary purpose of this app It works very well If you are like me concerned about your email account privacy I highly suggest you get this app The new version now encrypts all passwords I give this a 10 stars 5                 What the mail app should be

Just great and flexible app for your mail but it have some problems with russian language bad translation and sometimes it didnt show properly russian mail titles              Great app

I can now use this app to make saving folders for my POP mail accounts Not sure when it happened but I am giving a new positive review Still think the price is high though Update Still cant print my emails It is becoming frustrating I emailed the company about this problem about a year ago It doesnt have a spam filter so after filtering for more than a year there is more than 1000 items filtered to the trash Correcting a mistake in a filter requires going through all those items one by one There is no search feature or order to the list of rejected items I may have to start looking for a better email program Removing a star and just finding that functionality is not improving           Improvements have stopped while my requirements are still not met

I did not lose any mails all email were sent successfully Nothing is wrong with it except the feeling that it will suddenly collapse and soon i will be losing everything It simply looks weak even though the features are extremely excellent much much more than anyone needs even for business FYI i am sending and receiving more than 100 mails everyday through it              Good but seems weak

App is being incrementally improved Still have some small problems For example messages disappeared from my Gmail inbox deleting reinstalling the account made them reappear and some html emails show some characters which garble up the sentence or phrase Overall Im happy with the app and look forward to the constant upgrades which add features and kill some bugs        Unstable update

If you like using email rules you can finally do it on iPad Has a few rough edges like links in emails dont always work properly but overall this adds lots of features missing in Apples Mail app              Better iPad Mail

Will not work with exchange does not work with personal google hosted email Would love a refund     Garbage

Does exactly what it says works on both IMAP and POP accounts I have GMAIL setup as IMAP and have no issues at all Also have three POP accounts and works with no issues there either Supports mass Delete mass move mass read and Folders Finally a useful mail app for both the iPad and the iPhone Not using filters yet but will be setting those up for those sites that dont understand what unsubscribe means                 Great App

Needs a unified Inbox otherwise fine              One omission

I am able to create multiple folders to save email my pop server email addy in Its well worth the money IMO                 Works Great

At almost 8US dollars I thought I would have something much better then Apple built in email but not It is a OK product but lack some functionalities that now after a week using it I can tell you are annoying me I new from the info on ibis page that it will not delete pop account but I did not new I could not filter my mail from my Apple Contact list In a product that sells it self as a Email Filtering for me a main function would be able to see if the sender is in my contact list create an auto filter After 3 emails back and forth with the software developers I must say very attention and fast on response I confirm that I would have to enter one by one my contacts in order to have a White List filter Im trying to get rid of my spam and one way would be to be able to have a folder for all my contacts emails in one place Not happening with this software Another issue its slow Much slower the Apple Mail I have 7 accounts that I receive on my iPad so I balance all between both products Ibis and Apple with pop imap and exchange in each product Ibis mail is almost half of the speed to download When deleting email by email sender I thought I was creating an auto filter Next email from that sender would be deleted automatically Well Its not It will delete all messages on the inbox now but next time I receive email from that sender its there So its not hat this is a bad product but you may have something that do exactly the same thing for free from AppleMail and fast Dont waist your money on it        I was expecting a much better product for the price

ibismail is absolutely great The product has allowed me to completely move away from outlook and my netbook Its great because it allows me to create multiple folders rules and filters enabling me to use the product for business Theres absolutely no way I could use iPads mail program after having been exposed to the splendor of ibismail Without this app my migration to the iPad for the majority of my business wouldve been impossible The app is not without its quirks and occasional bugs but Im serious I really couldnt live without it I also purchased the app for my wifes iPad so that she could have access to rules filters folders etc                 Finally a serious email app for business

It has a few bugs but all in all its very nice I like it much better than Apples mail app You have more control over layout and a wonderful markallasread button If you want to filter email this is the ticket One feature Id like is the ability to filter on anything in the header like the XSpam flag instead of just the standard fields provided Ive submitted a few bug reports Ill see how responsive the developer is              I like it

The advertising of that product is misleading You cannot see the folders in hotmail No worth no difference from the regular mail application in iPad     Cannot see folders in hotmail
