This update was for bug fixes I think the first place to start is allowing people view their insurance policy which is the most important feature of this app that doesnt work Ive downloaded hundreds of apps this is in the top 3 of the worst     Bug fixes

Worked without a hitch              Ok

Finally A decent app Love the card style interface and the policy messages notifications              Better late than never

Updated The latest version still has this bug Either fix the app or drop it it is useless After updating I can no longer logon The website accepts more complex passwords than the iPhone app Please get this fixed     New Version Fail

I use the app but I am going to delete it and ask tO go back to paper mailed correspondence The app will not let me share or print insurance cards with my family I insure 6 vehiclesdrivers and need to get them updated ins info ASAP several times a year     Farmers app

App works fine for me Logged in no issue Able to pull up policy docs Only issue is you cant register a new account trough the app It asks for captchca but no field exists to type it Update 62815 new app stinks Cant find policy docs Only summaries Navigation is poor Needs better ux     Works

Awesome app and love the design Only problem is the ID cards havent been loading for meother than that its 5 stars                 Great App

This app used to work for me when my password worked Now I get nothing but Find An Agent All my policies are gone and I cant even add one with an account number Honestly a really bad appI would recommend not even having it out there as opposed to being visible and broken Save your customers the struggle waste of time and effort and just divert to the web if you arent going to make a real app     Doesnt work

Older version was better it allowed you to view all your policy documents Cant even view my ID card in this version        Needs work

Like the ID card digitally now Cleaner look and feel My only issue was that when I was trying to recover my user name under the forgot user name section I was getting a message that says user name not available I was able to reset this online and then login to the app Other than that not too bad              Much Better

Love the simplified bill pay and the fact that it saves your log in info to access your proof of insurance                 Much improved

I updated this app to the newest version and now I dont see all of my policies The previous version showed all of my policies which includes home auto and life This new version only displays my home policy Its disappointing because I used this app to display my auto policy insurance card but unfortunately I cant do that anymore     The new version doesnt show all policies

Would not let me create a usernamepassword I could not login Worthless     Bad

The app no longer give you the login screen There is no point in having this app if you cant view your policy     UGH

Was crap the first time and still is Data comes an goes Some data not there at all Not much value if it is missing what you want     Missing data

Doesnt even let you log on to your account Deleting it as soon as I submit this review     Id give it a zero if I could

The app is very slick My only complaint is that I cannot see my insurance card it is blank           Huge improvement

I can just use Safari why would you create an app just to brows the mobile site Slow and very poor design You really need to hire a real developer     Web App Slow and poor design

If you are complaining about this app its probably because you dont know what your doing and you dont have your correct login information It could use some updating to make it look a little better But overall it does what its supposed to           Works fine needs some updating though

Hello TouchID     Outdated Security Technology

The new version is really good works perfect Nice to see              Awesome

This version crashes during logging in securely ALWAYS with previously saved ID and Password I cant run the app at all     Crashes at login

Looks nice Sure wish I could log in        Cant log in error 500

It used to show me my insurance card Now it doesnt really do anything so whats the point Absolute garbage I used to have Geico their app is gold standard five stars Farmers Internet presence is a complete joke     Totally broken piece of junk

In practice however it is painfully slow to log in even with wifi making it close to useless        Nice in theory

Downloaded the app entered my info answered the security questions and clicked Register Upon doing so was informed that security answers could not have special characters and could go no further Well the answers had no special characters and after several attempts with same result I cancelled out and deleted the app Wasted time     Never Could Register

After downloading now I cant login     Cant Login

The app is awesome Been waiting for this for a while                 Finally

Downloading this app is a waste of time It basically tells you who your agent is Keep their contact and skip the app     Does not give the info you need

Come on get a real app     1 star because I cant do 12

This latest version of the Farmers Insurance app is a big improvement over the previous version Much easier and very intuitive to use                 Big improvement

Does what its meant to do Pay bills get ID cards et cetera                 Works

Looks great very clean crisp and easy to understand I like the Insurance Card feature too              New Farmers App

This is not an app Their mobile web site is lame but thats much better than this app Since this app does not do anything I wish I could give ZERO star     It does not deserve 1 star

It wont even let me log in It just closes and goes back to my main screen     The app kicks me out

After updates still no alerts when bill due and no Touch ID support App still majorly lacking For all the money I pay you for 3 cars and home insurance cant you afford a real app You morons I want to pay you so why dont you make it easier with payment alerts I dont circle the calendar on the wall and anxiously wait for the due date to write you a check I know you have a name Farmers but stop acting like you are a bunch of farmers Also how about Touch ID login Not sure if you guys have seen the latest iPhones They have a fingerprint reader Save me the pain of remembering login and password info Im seriously thinking of going to Progressive since Im so tired of this     Piece of Crap App

I wanted this app to work but unfortunately even after the bug fixes the problem still exists     ID Cards dont work

App doesnt work keep getting an error message 1014 everytime I try to log in Please fix it     Doesnt work

Better off using a desktop Their mobile website and app seem to have been created by a 4 year old When you finally get logged into the app you cant do anything Believe it or not it is faster to call and take someone elses time than to provide self service on a mobile device     Dont waste your time

Needs to be able to print ID cards and have Touch ID Does the basics well           Needs improvement

I am able to make my payment and able to view ID Cards which I personally feel are important Good improvement              Tremendous improvement
