I think this app is worth the money Coverage is very good and pretty much useful for boating I m a boater and this app delivers exactly what it says zooming and pan the map is easy and importantly Gps is accurate I also like the ability to add tracks and email them                 Awesome Betin6r

An excellent application of brilliant technology The only problem is it needs an update The ability to change the viewing modes with single tap is nice but to be honest I rarely ever use it an update would be nice with more information to the current maps             App does as advertised Bar Barlet

Four years ago I purchased a GPS Chartplotter for my boat It cost 1 000 US and an additional 90 to buy chart data covering only the Western Great Lakes Now with this app I can get some of the same functionality covering the entire US for 4 99 Incredible My chart plotter still has many advantages 4x bigger screen many more navigation features waterproof etc But my primary needs where am I what hazards are near me and what direction is my destination are all provided with this app Other favorable reviews understate the value of this app             Incredible Value Mr. Blue

I live on the st Lawrence river and thought this would be great for navigating the seaway and the thousand islands unfortunatley it mysteriously cuts off about 10 miles north of lake Ontario At first I thought it was just Canadian parts if the river but no there s no reason to claim to show US rivers and then ignore the st Lawrence seaway the largest inland navigable body of water in the world     Could be great Davegir

I compared the watermap All US compared to the Navionics and the Navionics has much better detail on the Upper Mississippi The can bouys show up on the Navionics central where as only the day markers show up on the Watermap I think both are handy to have for reference and lets face it spending 5 to have a backup in the event primary navigation fails is priceless         navionics is more detailed Antennamatt

It s ok you just have to zoom in 300ft in a lot of spots to see the charts but it is still not bad I work on a tug boat so I have seen a lot of charts in my 10 years out here fix the zoom thing and add a plotter and it would be just like the one on the boat     Not bad for a phone app River pilot
