Had some issues with the first version of this app Went online to Calidads website and followed the instruction Customer service was out of the park awesome Bob not only is prompt but he is also curtious and kind This updated app works flawlessly I think that it is sad that Hazelton feels the need to charge for their app The info is available for free on the web Kudos to you Bob Great job                 One Day At A Time

I use this for my daily mediation and I absolutely love this app There have been so many times where I have been struggling and read something from this app and felt way better I love recovery and this is a fantastic way to tap into the source Grateful Alcoholic                 I use this every day

The app was crashing on Meditations as of Jan 1 due to a change in one of the sites it was pulling from We had 100s of people come in for support and got exactly that support There are many people on here that flame the app without even checking with support The app was updated on Jan 4th and all is working as it should Please always try and contact support before complaining There are others on here that have flamed us for rewriting the 1st Edition Foreward That is not the case If you will read the 4th edition it clearly says that the 1st Edition Foreward is not from the First Printing the foreward included in the app is the First Printing version Thanks for all the positive support We appreciate it                 Recent Crash

I did the latest update for the app but when i go in and hit the friends tab i immediately get kicked out of the app           Latest update

This app crashes all the time and this last time I lost all my contacts Support is nonexistent so dont waste your time     Forget the money dont waste your time

Content is great but after a few days it now doesnt open on the ipad Ive tried to reinstall several times and nothing works Anyone know of any bug fixes     App Doesnt open on Ipad

So great to have a tool like this at my fingertips The ability to instantly find topics satisfies this alcoholic who still struggle with patience after 14 years of sobriety Love having the prayers and promises so easily accessible For less than the price of a beer I have the wisdom of AA wherever I go without lugging around books I find myself pulling it out during the day for a quick recharge Momentary problem with meditations at the beginning of the year but customer support got back with me immediately and Ive had no problems since Im so happy to have this app in my sobriety took kit A musthave for anyone in recovery                 Awesome Recovery Tool

App worked on December 31 but doesnt open today Save your money     Bad ap

This app used to work fine for me However it will no longer even load When it used to work months ago it was an alright app I would have given it 3 or 4 stars As other reviewers have mentioned the meditations are not from AA literature but the rest of the app worked alright I could load the Big Book and easily navigate and highlight it However for the last 8 months or so the app wont even load When I try to start it a black screen appears and within a minute Im taken back to my home screen I wrote to the address listed on the App Support site over a month ago and received no response DO NOT pay for this app It no longer runs on the new OS updates I am going back to find another app from another company to get access to the recovery materials I like to have on hand     Used to work now it wont even load

After I updated this months ago it fixed the app from closing every time I clicked on the meditation tab Now its doing it again This app deserves a five star rating when it works but its not anymore Ive deleted and reinstalled the app is up to date Now what     What happened

First version was great Update had a problem but the customer service was excellent and now works fine                 Works for me

I love this app The meditations are great and access to Big Book and 1212 is really helpful when Im a a meeting or a study I keep my Ipad with me but dont carry the Big Book with me now with this App I have it with me wherever I go Very nicely done                 Robin C

I highlighted text and the unhighlight feature didnt work So I tried to reset the chapters to get rid of the highlights and that didnt work either I complained to the help link over two weeks ago They just ignore me Im giving one star until this issue is resolved despite the fact that I like the app overall Being ignored is not cool     Chapter reset doesnt work

Meditations are awesome I am in 12 step recovery and find big book prayers and meditations as life savers A must have recovery tool while traveling I have never had problems with this app Dont know what complaints are about                 Great app

I saw a warning not to update on iPad because it will not open but I wanted to make sure it was known that it wont work after update on iPhone either Thank you     iPhone error too

Updated to Ver 517 and the quote on the splash screen doesnt ever change now 5 star when this bug is fixed and 3rd or 4th edition stories are added Acceptance     Update broke quotes

This app was useful at first till it posted a meditation about homosexuality being wrong AA is non judging the only requirement is a desire to stop drinking I know you are supposed to take what you like and leave the rest but this app went to far its liable to make a newcomer drink because of its biased I wouldnt waste your money     Offensive

They advertise a sobriety calculator but it dont have one I can find I emailed them but get no reply Sorry I purchased the app        Lie

So sorry that some people expect so much for so little While some links no longer work You do get a Big Book Easy to use Contact list that also tracks days sober and many excellent daily devotionals Sorry it takes some patients to learn to use Perhaps like the patients required to heal us from our shortcomings Which is why we are here in the first place Bottom line is this is well worth the 2 bucks PS The AA to go App is also excellent                 Excellent App

When I open a chapter from the drop down it opens up the text in the drop down only The meditations are offensive at times iTunes will be in touch with you soon about where you received permission to reproduce a copy written work for profit I would like to know how much of the money goes to wso     Permission

These guys have NO INTEGRITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive written to them 3 times and never heard back from them Yet in their HELP section They say Please contact us so that we may help you with your problem before you leave a review All i hear is crickets I send out a daily quote to 157 people and use to use this every day Then I updated my app and now when I do a word search the page numbers are missing I need the page numbers in order to find the location in the book Seriously are you actually in recovery Recovery means to get back something lost or stolen To regain health balance and control We are to get back morals values ethics and sane thinking You have none of that with this service How would it look to help me with this problem so that OTHERS may benefit The founders of AA said that if you shook the whole book that two words would fall out LOVE SERVICE Wheres the love and service Mark St John Redlands Ca     No Customer Service Response

This is definitely a must for any alcoholic seeking sobriety Worth the money Highly recommend                 Great app

The meditations are not AA approved Although I still sometimes find them useful thedaily encounter is particularly troubling as it is very explicitly Christian using Bible quotes and prayers to Jesus This is not in keeping with AAs key concept of finding a Higher Power of your understanding Todays meditation took it to a whole new level writing about maintaining the sanctity of marriage and about the blasphemy of gay marriage As a happily married lesbian AA this was extremely offensive to me One of my favorite things about AA is that there is no judgment about ones sexuality religion age ethnicity etc In the rooms we are all equal and there for the same purpose Thank goodness I have spent enough time in the rooms not to be chased off by this garbage     Not AA approved literature

Recent update wont install I did a shutdown on my iPad and started it again Then I plugged it into a power source Maybe I have to update via synching           Recent updates

I bought this a few days ago along with other apps including aa to go 12 step companion All work fine except this odaat app which will only open to the initial splash screen but then when you Touch screen to begin it just goes away No error nothing Hope they fix it soon     Wont go past initial screen
