This app does contain a fair number of wallpapers which according to the info page are submitted by users Many images are recolors which may or may not bother individuals Many elements are repeated on different backgrounds and it would appear that a lot of these were probably created with a kit I have seen which layers icon elements over background elements The results seen here are sometimes odd such as a rendition of the Rolling Stones logo repeated on what looks like a rosewood tabletop or items floating over a road for no apparent reason Ads are obtrusive but that is standard for free wallpaper collections of this type I didn t count the wallpapers but the description says more than 500 while the title says 1000 Considering most are recolors it s sort of moot The app does save images and I suppose peoples ideas of retina friendly may vary Some images are distorted most are in a cartoon style but some are a strange mix of cartoon and photo But hey it does have some free wallpapers and contrary to what another reviewer said it doesn t force you to buy anything It just has a lot of ads like most of these things Occasionally it will throw up a full page one but I didn t have any trouble dismissing them and it doesn t use the common tactic of timing the ads so you are likely to click by accident Not great but I ve seen worse         It functions NamelessRose
