Play it at any time of the day anywhere for any length of time and I always feel better MUST have hay house app I have PTSD and this app is always there for me                 Dont even think it over just get it

I have enjoyed Louises books cards workshops and tapes for over 20 years so I was excited to get this app but it has some shortcomings It would be a lot better if she just slowed down allowing the listener to absorb the message The music really does not add anything and it makes it harder for me to hear her voice I would also recommend a guided relaxation introduction so that it could be used at bedtime I am disappointed in purchasing this app in its current form        Needs improvements

I owe Louise Hay my new self power Her guidance has helped me through forgiveness acceptance and self control Since o started the affirmations my life has taken a turn and I am now in the process of positive change                 Great App

I really hoped it would be like the one she has out with subliminals The speed of that one was relaxing where this one makes me feel like I need to keep listening and then miss something I really love the subliminal aspect as well please make more of those           A little too fast

Transitions have finally been smoothed out with your new update Thanks for listening Its PERFECTION AT ITS BEST I love Louise Hay I have been a fan since her book You can Heal Your Life came out about 20 ago Louises voice is very soothing She has been putting me to sleep for years I love her Power Thoughts especially since she is reading them herself but the transitions are bumpy not soothing and need to be smoothed out Please fix for                 as promised

I enjoy listening to these affirmations whenever the mood strikes Misses 5 stars because not all playlists allow you to listen while using phone for something else can easily unstar your favorites and when listening to the complete selection the flow is not seem less However the uplifting positive aspects of the app are wonderful and keep me joyful              Wonderfully positive

The 101 app volume control also controls the volume of my phone overall Therefore I cannot fall asleep with the app playing softly and have my morning alarm and phone ringer set loudly Please fix this              Volume control controls all phone volume

The affirmations are wonderful and are helpful to me however here are some suggestions that can be improved to that app Is there a way to slow down the speed I like falling asleep and waking up with the affirmations however the speed of narration doesnt allow me enough time to let it sink in or to repeat the affirmations before going on to another It would also be nice if there is an option to repeat the topics that I need to focus on or to delete certain ones ie the section about children is uncomfortable because some people cant have any Although the piano is nice please change the music to a calmer more peaceful soothing sound Keep the volume soft and consistent Sometimes the music is too loud for her voice Keep the same music the same so the transitions between the topics are seamless The abruptness of the changes breaks the meditative state Im in It also sounded like the recordings were made at different times and her voice at times sounded like she was just reading and trying to get it completed as quickly as possible           Upgrades to the app

I enjoy this app so much Often with running around here and there and juggling this and that on my plate I dont get a chance to grab an inspirational book or listen to a whole CD This app allows me to get to the affirmation that bests fits me and to make my own playlist I sleep to this app and wake up to it in the morning Sheer perfection                 This is what I asked for

I listen to this every morning and have written down my top 5 or so affirmations Its a great way to start the day My day goes much better when I start it out this way I like that you can indicate your favorites and then just listen to them but it doesnt seem to save them when I open it the next day Well worth it                 Love it

My inner self changed from downmushy to sunny when I listened to these affirmations the first day Its like Medicine I take it daily so it helps me Function in a positive mood If I stop listen one day I immediately go back to the downmushy mood                 Change my day

Affirmations are great personally I like the format used in feeling fine affirmations for life a little better This one is read from a book and has bits of wisdom between the affirmations personally I just repeat the affirmations over the talking I think Louise could do it over using the feeling fine format with music and time after each affirmation for repetition and it would be optimal That being said the affirmations cover a lot of life areas and I always feel better after using              Very helpful format difficult

I love this app and use it daily The down points are the transition from one affirmation to another and the music in the background sounds like a childs lullaby That is why I give this app 4 stars instead of 5 Hopefully they will come out with an upgrade to address these issues However the app is great and definately worth purchasing              Great app
