Given that the label printers that this app works with are Amazon Recommended I expected slightly better English language support in this app The critical stuff is in English but there are lots of places where only Chinese is used and that does mar the experience of using the product The app also doesn t follow Apple Human Interface Guidelines This does work however and translations can be improved over time I sincerely hope that if this company plans to continue to sell products in the USA that they work on improving English language support Poor English Language Support AricP
