This is a scanned document from the CIA that is provided free on the CIA website which is an excellent resource This document is ridiculous and I am not sure the developer even has permission from the Govt to make money by scanning and reselling Scanned govt doc and resold

Its just like a PDF you have to scroll through it page by page dont buy this app Not worth the dollar
