This year my goal is to lose some weight and I was looking for an app that could help me I heard of the Military Diet and discovered this Military Diet app It gives me many options for breakfast lunch and dinner and is set up in such a way that it makes it easy for me I also like that it has a social piece to it it s nice to know I m not alone I will be updating in the Success Stories section soon                     App for my New Year Resolution Chris HH
