Upgraded to iPhone 5 and I unable to find this from my purchased list to redownload it to new iPhone Posted the problem on developer support and got no reply iTunes support said this app is no longer available at AppStore But I m writing this review from App Store Feels like being scammed Be aware     Purchased but showed its not PacTank

I ve been using this for several years since it first came out This is a very good and professional dictionary app It helped me in numerous situations Only a few dollars and you can use it for life                     Good English Chinese dictionary fromTW

You can t even find the word psychologist and hypomanic which just my random search     Lame Sponhong

Best offline dictionary Most dictionaries on iTunes require internet connection If you are in an area without signal you are out of luck It will be better to add voice for any word input not just the words in the dictionary for example non standard name                 Good Will Won
