I have 10 of these IP based babies scattered from the garage to the upstairs hall to monitoring my front and backyards The pic is great for such a small camera The infrared is crystal clear in pitch dark If you set the alarm on them they are piercing loud and one camera alarm will set off the other cameras You can set the alarm for motion or sound but the alarm is SUPER sensitive to any sound or vibration or movement so I cut mine off because a bird or airplane flying overhead would set it off The other feature is the talk button in which you can have a two way conversation or tell an intruder to GET OUT OF YOUR HOUSE The talk feature is not super loud which is a draw back The setup is easy but the cameras have some difficulties in finding your network Too many cameras like mine will distort the picture in the dark the radio waves can cause distortion Don t sit the cameras in a constant dark location or your pics will be in black and white only and not colored The only negatives are the cameras language is in Japanese and you really don t know what they are saying You can set it for English after the setup but she still speaks Japanese for instructions to the camera The other is the time remains 1 hour off I have to set it daily even though I set the time zone appropriately to my time zone Overall it is an excellent buy UPDATE 09 28 2017 After the app issued an software update to fix bugs etc app no longer works as WAN It only works as LAN sporadically on some cameras Tried to find technical support to send email and my efforts were fruitless Now what am I to do with all of these devices Tried rolling camera software update back too but NADA     Great Little Cameras UPDATE Glo_Worm

Update July 10 2017 After a brief power outage 5 seconds it stopped working again Reset everything including router and my iPhone I can see the cameras locally but not remotely away from LAN It would be nice if we could get some technical support All the manuals are in Chinese Why are they selling to the USA if they won t support the product Beware For a month or more I could only see the cameras inside the same network Did a lot of tinkering with port forwarding and static ip s but was only able to get one camera out of three to work on the app Then just as we were looking for another camera system Poof Everything started working correctly again For the money and when it was working it s a good deal Do not use sd slots Only trying to keep an eye on my 89 year old mother in law Technical support is non existent Emailed a couple of times with no response Of course my lack of knowledge of the Chinese language may have something to do with it Hey guys drop me a line if you would like to do better in the USA     Not working again It appears to be working now Lazybulldog
