I have only be able to get past the title screen twice Rarely works longer than 2 seconds DO NOT BUY     Worst app I have ever bought

Rebooting the iPad after downloading fixed the memory error Great conversion of the classic video game but disappointed that there is no multiplayer options Also a bit pricey              Like the classic buuuut

No crash as far as I could tell after 25 hours of play Highly addictive Although it is on the easy side a great game for any RTK fans                 Great game for RTK fans

I have only had it crash once and I rebooted my iPad and all was well after so i cant speak to that At any rate this game plays like you would expect if you are a fan of this series I have enjoyed it very much and now I dont need a PS2 to play anymore                 Great game perfect for a touchscreen

It is a nice game and all since I played through one campaign Went to play today and the app has disappeared I have a receipt for 1599 and no game to show for it Something has gone wrong when the game deletes itself from my machine along with any purchase history thorugh the App store I expected much more from this company Thanks for the short ride while it lasted     PAid a lot of money for an app that has now disappeared

You follow the advice of those above Once you experience a crash or find that the game wont start simply reboot your iPad This resolved the issues I was having They did a great job of bringing back the original RTK I so enjoyed it I recall paying about 70 for the original The most I ever paid for an NES game Although this isnt quite the size of the original it is a great time              Enjoyable and plays smooth if

If you enjoy turn based strategy this is definitely worth a look The price may seem high but there is a lot of replay value to be had here and a fair amount of depth If youre new to the game refer to the tutorials before beginning youll get the hang of it soon It runs very well I have not experienced crashing or glitches thus far The graphics are not flashy but it is easy to understand what is going on onscreen                 Great experience on iPad

This game is really bad Cannot reassign troops to other general During the war cannot arrange formation at the beginning of the war Why cant they just make it similar with the RTK I on PC with the touch feature I hope for the next version they can blend the RTK I and RTK XI in term of the battle feature        worst than the RTK I on PC

I am a big fan and a supporter for Koei games ever since rtk2 Spent my teenage years with Koei classics including the rtk series new horizon series and heroes of rtk series I understand that nowadays Koei usually makes their profit from console games ex Battle of rtk series but it is truely disappointing Especially for smart device game users as myself hope koei re launch some of the old claasics in these devices Ps why can i only give one order per one month Is this what the game genuinely intended or some option setting     Very very disappointing

I was hesitant to buy this game initially after reading the reviews that the game kept crashing for some folks Finally caved in and decided to give it a try The game did NOT crash a single time on my iPad and I have been playing this non stop for last 4 days I highly recommend this game Best game on iPad                 Awesome

DO NOT BUY WILL NOT EVEN OPEN OR LOAD then when you go to the support page at the developers site it says that questions are only answered by email and WE MAY OR MAY NOT ANSWER YOUR QUESTION APPLE How can you allow this app in iTunes with a duty to iTune customers APPLE are you even looking at these apps before they are place in iTunes     TOTALLY CRASHES

I bought this because I loved my RTK Nintendo 64 game back in the day 20 years later this iPad version is a mere shadow of the old old old version You can only utilize ONE officer per turn even if you have dozens of others I guess all the others just sit on their thumbs while the one officer works You cant reallocate troops The price of food does not fluctuate You cant assign tasks to other officers There are only about 20 of the command options as in RTK Nintendo 64 The battle graphics consist of two hexagons bumping against each other In other words the Nintendo 64 game circa 1990 20 years ago with only 64MB memory is at least 5 times better than the iPad version stateoftheart 64GB memory Price gouging More like theft This app is barely worth 199     Pretty Disappointing

Loved this game way back in college so going against my better judgment I usually wait for an app to have some reviews I can read I paid my 16 HUGE MISTAKE The app consistently crashes Every time All the time And not even in the middle of gameplay Right from the opening I could on occasion get to the main screen but it still crashed every single time Congrats Koei you get my first One Star Review     Crashes consistently on start up

What the hell This game wont even load I tap to start it and it immediately goes back to original page When am I going to get to play this game now it says low memory and back to page with apps this is ridiculous     New Update worse than before

I was SOOO excited to see this game as Ive loved RotTK forever Im sure Ill love this game once they fix the crashes As it stands I cant even get to a point where I can save my brand new game after configuring options Disappointing        Please fix the crashes

Wow crashes just starting a default game Bad enough they are double dipping you for iphone and iPad versions     Crashtastic

I bought at the same time both Romance for the iPad and Nobunagas Ambition for the iPhone The difference between the two makes Romance almost useless Nogunaga is AWESOME Taxing control and Dam building are two HUGE lackings and really hurt the game play The price of rice doesnt even fluctuate Its guaranteed that you will constantly keep building farmland and dry up all your cash on those If you succeed in building an army youll never be able to maintain against your neighbors If you get hit with a disaster youll never keep up ever Without setting a tax rate or building dams forget it but with those added to the game it would make it amazing Other glaring omissions are being able to move money and rice through your provinces as well as distributing your army to specific officers Im positive though that these things can be rectified making this game amazing Its tough and should stay tough But the game play has to be adjusted and added as updates stale development will force me to never buy a game from Koei again Lets hope that doesnt happen because i have faith in their great complex games           Classic Great Experience Game Play Needs Work

Before the update on Jun 21 the game would get past the menu just a few times After the update it has not started even once it flashes a paragraph about low memory then crashes before you can even read it How can there be low memory There is no multitasking so the only App open is Romance Either Romance uses more memory than is even installed on the WiFi iPad or my iPad and most other Romance users iPads have defective RAM Totally and completely unacceptable Apple allows this in iTunes meaning Apple is responsible they have betrayed the trust of iPad users by allowing such a terribly designed App to be sold Itunes is our only market and the Apple people have ripped us off by allowing this     How Can Apple Allow This

I was one of the hesitant people to buy this game after seeing the reviews but restarting your iPad helps Ive played through a game or two and Ive had fun doing it Though I think some changes to the AI would be nice It seems like a lot of the AI ignores free land unless they absolutely need it in order to get next to someone who actuallly owns property The game isnt exactlyl flashy but if youve immersed yourself in the Three Kingdoms History or TBS then you will have fun with this A lot of the reviews are bad because the game doesnt run for them but again restarting it like it says in the little update helps it with memory problems I think it might also be nice to keep in mind that I probably have few applications on my actual iPad than most people perhaps The actual game itself is still fun Few things still need to be changed All their needs to be is either different types of AI or simply just a better one for its pretty easy to mess with them I do have one problem though and that is that I cannot seem to transfer this purchase from my iPad to my actual computers itunes library I bought this on the iPad seeing as I was already on it and now I cannot seem to transfer it over which worries me because I dont want to lose this purchase at all Hopefully I can fix this              Still needs some work

my childhood favorite tactical game is back and im loving it i havent experienced the crashes others are talking about please design a nicer looking logo however would also love to see Nobunagas Ambition thank you Koei                 excellent

i love koeis sim game but that game is not for everyone                 I like this game
