Phone Swipe – Credit Card Terminal

I only use the cc in quick sale and works perfectly                 Awesome

The app gets STUCK Had to write diwn numbers to key in later or I would have held my customers hostage Please figure out the problem and fix it     PROBLEMS

One more try and were moving onfollow through on promise not fulfilled unable to use app since Dec 3rd because of signin failed message I am now unable to reset password after tech support changed it to try and fix the sign in problem I emailed tech support yesterday and they replied today saying they dont have my info on filewhat     Under delivered

Picked this up today from merchant account vendor and even they couldnt get it to work correctly in the office They sent me out the door after calling tech support who said it was a bug they were working on Got it home and tested it and found many more issues After reading the reviews I have no confidence in this and will be going a different direction     Mike

This update was not ready for release Not all Transactions show up automatically meaning you have to sync all transactions which takes about 5 minutes whenever you want to see past transactions for the day Its still not intuitive for clients to use Most clients have to ask what to do after entering a tip It seem like they changed things that worked fine and left the problems as they were        Worse

I thought this would be a perfect fit for my business I filled out the online application and waited and waited and waited for weeks No follow up whatsoever Had to go with another company     Bad customer service

For some reason not understood they took a good app and make it hard to use It only works in landscape mode which is quite awkward and challenging to use after getting used to using the app in vertical orientation for years     It used to be a great app now not so much

Update made the app worst     Super Terrible

Very hard to get to customer service simply wont answer extensions After monthly fee and transaction fee went with someone else Tried canceling could never get right person EVERY TIME Go elsewhere     Cant cancel

The application wont open up after the last patch update     Broken since last update 92614

It works okay but I have a major issue syncing on the Iphone It takes days sometimes to sign in and update anything           Mediocre phone swipe app

Since the upgrade syncing is not going so well Might be another bug with this update        Sync is way off

worst app incredibly slow and has to sync constantly we would have customers in a line waiting for this crazy app buy square it was incredibly fastand zero wait zero syncing will never use phone sync again     horribly slow

Phone swipe has been easy to work with and their customer service department is truly 247 based in the USA I had a square reader for 2 years and this service blows them away Highly recommended                 Owner

Let me start this most if not all reviews here are lying or paid to write these reviews If you want sign up phoneswipe merchant dont sign up through iPhone app big mistake on me I have signed up four days ago and I couldnt login through app and process my credit cards First I was told within 72 hours I will be receiving welcome email and and I will be able to process translations No welcome email after four days I have contacted customer and support for numerous times and no help but except lame excuse such as your email is incorrect your account is working fine I will submit ticket to IP department and many excuses like that If they couldnt fix what ever the problem is within four days take your business somewhere else HORRIBLE SERVICE     Worst service I have ever experienced

The app does not open Now I will have to spend the next 2 days working with customer service to charge cards and collect from my customers like the last time an update happened     Upset customer

After the 204 update I cant do anything with it anymore Every time I click on something it kicks me out of the app     Doesnt work anymore

Reconsider before choosing phone swipe It signs you out every time you use it its slow and a waste of time     Garbage

Since updating to OS7 the app is horrible Wont save customer data cant email receipts any longer take 4 times as long to do a transaction now Huge fixes needed and so far not coming I recommend not updating to OS7 if you are going to use this The other really big downside is you cannot split transactions I have so many customers who want to pay part with cash part with a card This does not allow that you end having to do two separate transactions Otherwise happy with it           Horrible with latest update

It keeps freezing and shutting down I cant AirPrint how am I supposed to run a buisness     New update is junk

After the update I wasnt able to run cards at all I called support and came to find out that the card swiper is out of date to the iOS platform The sent me a new one and works like before Call and have them send out another card reader with the white rings Thats the one that is needed                 Card swipe fix

When card swiped now it doesnt go to next screen to have client signature and cant send email receipt Takes tapping the screen several times to get to new transaction screen     Worse

I ordered the phone swipe card so I can take credit card payments anytime from anyone Well this week I used it for the first time and I didnt put a reason for taking the payment so what do they do Close my phone swipe account I call them and they tell me to fax all these papers over to show them what I used the payments for so I did that Its been 3 days and they dont call me I call them and they tell me I cant speak to my analyst bc she is at lunch So I ask for her extension and Im given one I call it and someone else answers and says she will help me Im mad at this point its been 3 days and I accepted money for my husband to start a fence job and the money is for supplys and other things Well this girl tells me that since I stated I sell candles and I took a payment for home improvement thats why they closed my account I said you do not advertise that you can only take a payment for what you sell you advertise that you can take payments for anything anytime anywhere She told me they dont have to advertise it to read the terms and conditions I said yes you do have to advertise this I should be able to accept a credit card payment from my grandmother for a loan if I need too This is what credit card swipes are for Easy use I asked for a supervisor and she didnt want to get one for me so I said give me to her voicemail and I left a voicemail I will be writing a letter to this company and I will post my story everywhere This company is horrible unethical and has poor customer service I urge all of you not to use phone swipe You will run into the same problem as I did and they will close your account and not care about what you have been through     DO NOT USE Most horrible company

Interface seems attractive And the cost per swipe is lowest available for POS system Unfortunately there is no quality behind the product Few things save as expected so often times having to re enter products Not terribly slow but not consistent either Worst part is that if you have an issue you have no quality customer service to help you out If a glitch in system occurs you are forced to remove and reinstall app Doing this requires you to lose all the saved info and reports on the app You will have to re enter all your products and start all over again I just updated to iOS 7 as it was noted as ready and now cannot use the system at all Customer service said it is a known issue and are working to resolve it Good customer service would have warned me of the issue before upgrading and would have this fixed sooner I am now 7 days without ability to swipe cards Not a good idea if you are trying to conduct business of any sort I will be switching to a new system immediately     Owner

My phone swipe is not reading the cards I keep having to enter manually The problem started when I got the new iPhone 6 Needs a new update People find it sketchy when I type it in rather than swipe Im loosing sales           iPhone 6 not working

WARNING Version 204 does fix the email version that was a problem in 203 however when you go to check out and swipe a credit card the app says that it could not read the card with the swiper Enter it manually or retry I can retry over and over with the same predictable result of NO GO and no I am not going to enter manually Yes my volume was up yes the device was properly connected Tried 4 readers Tried on iPad 1 2 3 Tried on iPhone 4 4s and 5 TRIED ON OS 511 613 and 7 with various devices from above Went back to version 202 and I can swipe cards on all of the above so there is not a user IOS device or swiper problem here It is an ID10T error and your company is at fault IDIOTS GET YOU ACT TOGETHER HIRE TOP NOTCH PROGRAMMERS HIRE TOP NOTCH TESTERS AS THOSE OF US THAT USE PHONESWIPE FOR YOUR SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE LOOSING CUSTOMERS ON ISSUES THAT ARE AS A RESULT OF YOUR COMPANY OR BE YOUR TESTERS TRUST ME I AM ALWAYS TRYING THE COMPETITORS I HAVE PAYPAL SQUAREUP CLICK AND PLEDGE ETC I CONSTANTLY EVALUATE THEIR UPDATES TO SEE IF I CAN DROP YOU OR WHEN YOUR POS IS INOPERATIVE DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE THE ONLY REASON I HANG AROUND IS SOME OF YOUR FEATURES AND OPTIONS ARE ONES I REALLY NEED THAT THE OTHERS DO NOT OFFER YET     WARNING ANOTHER BAD VERSION UPDATe

The void and refund options are huge on the transaction detail page There has been 2 intentional refunds initiated by employees Will stop using it after that stupid design is gone     Worse after update

It worked fine then all of a sudden it just stopped When I open the ap all I get is a blank screen This is really messing up my business     IDK what happened

This update was just ok Nothing groundbreaking with the new version but they did remove one key feature that makes the app less userfriendly That is you can no longer remove a single item from the sale list you have to delete the entire sale This is a huge pain if you have a large sale and make a mistake or the customer changes his mind Please bring this feature back           Missing a key feature from previous version
