App has worked reasonably well until yesterday Now it crashes on startup Reinstalled restarted iPad still nothing This is ridiculous This is how I pay to consume my newspaper and Ive had no paper in two days     Crashes on startup

What the heck does that mean My subscription is coming due soon and if the problem isnt fixed before then I wont be renewing     Too Many Activations

The latest update has done nothing but crash now a useless app     Crash City

Worked well for awhile Crashed today and have tried to delete and reload with no success No IT assistance either        When its hot its hotwhen its not

It used to download issues but does not now on either of our iPads I can view the latest news section but I want the print edition Notice I can buy back issues Please fix this app     Does Not Download issues

When it works the app has a great image of the Demozette It has worked well for a couple of years bit the last few months it has been terribly buggy crashing latest edition unavailable every Sunday edition downloads slowly even on fast connections Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that made it unusable because it is stuck on registering Time to find other news sources     Was good now it is a buggy waste

Used to be one of my favorite apps but now its useless It crashes during the loading process Ive deleted the app and reinstalled it twice with no relief Thought I was getting somewhere with app support but no word from them in almost a month and no update to fix the problem Im an online subscriber only so I guess the next step will be canceling my subscription Very disappointed     Crash crash crash

This is the poorest app on my IPad The App is excellent on my IPhone so why cant they get it right on the IPad It is obvious that no one at the paper ever uses this app Wish I could give it a zero     Bad App

I have taken the Daily Record in Bentonville for almost ten years now The Daily Record is part of the democrat gazette family and in fact most of our paper is exactly the same What I dont understand is WHY DOESNT Arkansas Online let my sign on work on this app When I called they were not helpful and even said that I would have to purchase another subscription if I wanted to use this app VERY Disappointing     Northwest Arkansas

When I go to log in using my regular account info it doesnt do anything And I keep pressing return return return Fix this pease otherwise its completely useless     Cant log in to download daily paper

When it works it is great However it constantly doesnt work Open app and new additions dont download Cant access the store to download either The iPhone apps seems to work fine but not the iPad app        AR

The jury is still out on this update As of today I am eight issues behind in my reading I cant seem to get caught up when my IPad crashes at least three or four times before I can get through one days edition I dont remember what the update was supposed to fix but I think it broke more than it fixed     New update

I panned this app but finally it works Maybe the hotel wireless was lousy New hotel new wireless and voila It works like a charm I love it on my iPad and may forget the paper edition                 My bad

Very undependable Crashes frequently I love being able to read the paper on the app but it isnt helpful when the app crashes The only help Ive received from anyone app help is useless is to tell circulation that Im going to cancel my subscription Suddenly it works better for a while then it crashes again     Undependable

Since I travel frequently I have become dependent on this app Last month I began to experience inconsistent access to daily editions but with persistence was able to eventually download current editions After no access today I reinstalled the app and now encounter the error message Too Many Activations There may be some support for this app but it appears hopeless on a weekend Very frustrating     Unacceptable performance

Its a real hassle to download daily issues It worked fine until Jan 25 Since then the only way I can get newspapers downloaded is to hit the deactivate button It starts the download then says my 3day trial has expired so I sign in again and finish the download Once downloaded the story headlines jumps etc links are hot and wont go away when the screen is tapped Otherwise its a nice app           No automatic downloads

This is the worst app available Every few months we have to deal with not being able to download not able to log in and now the only thing we can pull up is the edition from the day before When you try to go to support its no longer listed The only option is to call and good luck with that Needs to be updated and soon or you will lose all of your subscribers who prefer to read online news     FIX THE APP

Although this release claims to support both iPad and iPhone the authorization feature will not function on iPhone iPhone 5S running iOS 712        Will not authorize on iPhone

This is a great app Works perfectly Log in one time and set to auto download Paper is ready every morning You can also look back at archived issues Online only has 7 days available this app allows you to look back at over 6 months with no extra charge Every Arkansan should get his app Nice job AR Democrat Gazette                 Great app

First off let me say that support for this app is lacking Why would the login instructions say to look here for support if I am having problems BS I am having trouble activating this app on my new device I recently got a new iPhone 6 and now I get an error that there are too many activations Ive bought new devices before without problems Why now How do I remove activation of the old phones that are now wiped clean and gone I am a paying subscriber to this old newspaper and can get my news elsewhere but like supporting my local community If I cant read this digitally my preferred method I dont need a subscription     Activation Problems

I gave this app one star for one reason it wouldnt let me give zero I have deleted and reinstalled this app so many times trying to get it to work I gave to call and get cleared because you can only have it authorized on so many devices Someone at this agency clearly needs a different job I have reported the problem so many times they know me almost personally Fixing to cancel my subscription SAD     Major Headache

Loved the idea and the app worked great for a few days Then it said it didnt recognize my login info Messed with it awhile and finally called customer service Got nowhere Was told I had to register the app on the website Searched the website with no success Finally I sent an email to customer support I was told that only the trial version works in NWA at this time and thats why it worked for a few days then quit She said they hoped to have it working for NWA in April I then asked how I would know when it was working in NWA and she didnt reply So I look forward to having an app that works but I have no idea when it will work or how to find out I would love to rate it higher but since it doesnt work in one of the most populated areas of the state I cant        Useless if you are in NWA

Love this app when it works It seems however that it fails to work when Im traveling need it the most Im trying to get ready to leave hotel running back forth to ipad closing it out turning it back on deleting app adding it back etc to try to get a Democrat Gazette This morning it was to no avail What a bust This is such a great idea but folks in charge need to get to work on these problems        When its good its good When its bad its frustrating

Please fix your app It will not let me log in on an iPad The app crashes repeatedly and I have had to delete and reinstall multiple times     Fix it

If I could give this app zero stars I would Its absolutely useless as I cant even get it to authorize my account On the upside if you ever worry about print edition newspaper dying due to the success of the digital edition you should stop worrying The Dog is incapable of ever producing a digital edition that is worth paying for so I will be canceling the paper altogether     Worse than horrible

Until a few weeks ago this iPad app worked well Now it never loads new editions Maybe its a good reason to cancel anyway as the news section has turned into an arm of the Democrat party Five front page stories on this Koch nonsense in the last three weeks yet never a whiff of genuine Democrat corruption much less a report on the multiple Democrat billionaire campaign contributors Anything the AP or NYT runs magically appears here Given that its a farce now anyway Ill just keep my 25 a month See you ADG and sad to see a once fine paper fall so far     Never Loads

How many are too many We have 2 iPads that regularly would use the app but 1 can no longer get logged in due to too many activations msg It is too many taps to get to the printed paper in the newer app and so we prefer using the older app exc for this new issue           Too many activations

too many activations cant open cant reload cant even delete and repurchase just keeps downloading the same problem from the cloud My problem was finally solved when I set up my own login instead of using my husbands Im really glad to have the app back              Unusable updated

Update here it is March 5 Im snowed in with no paper Still cant sign in to the app too many activations Fortunately I can read the paper via safari Im deleting the app It just takes up valuable real estate I managed to sign in when I first loaded the app but it failed to recognize my subscription and gave me a 1 month trial Now my free issues are gone and I still cant sign in Too many activations is the message I get Ive deleted the app and can read the paper through my browser Go figure Someone needs to fix this app     Still Broken cant sign in

This is a really great app when it is working Unfortunately it is crashing with increasing frequency It is now crashing at least once a week and the crash report will not send After it crashes the only solution to opening it again is to delete the app and then go to the App Store and download it again Very frustrating     Crashes weekly

Finally tired of fighting app crashes download failures and inability to renew online Sad because its the way everyone will read the newspaper in the future Will consider subscribing again when ADG catches up to the competition Feel bad for their advertisers     Great app when it works

What a wonderful way to read the ADG I have been reading it since forever paper form for all those years most lately via a download of the PDF file THAT was a major help for me since delivery of the print edition did not arrive in time for me to read it before I had to leave for work and the daily paper MUST be read in the morning The new delivery mechanism via the iPad is very nice too AUTOMATIC download is great Layout is great Navigation is great But two things I do miss and hope will be in future updates First the ability to clip an article from the paper and send it to friends Yes I know theres an email function but it doesnt look look a newspaper clipping and it doesnt contain PICTURES And second the ability to print a clipping so I can work the daily crossword puzzle ON PAPER I know there are online services for crossword puzzles but some new tricks are not easily learned by old dogs So great app but I hope future updates will make it even better              Almost excellent

I subscribed through iTunes and still cant download the paper Ive contacted AR Democrat gazette and they have yet to do anything to help fix the problem Save your money     iTunes purchase not working

I love being able to read the paper in my iPad but there are some significant issues 1 it crashes frequently when I open it and start reading 2 I cant use the special online details that readers of the paper edition can do by simply scanning certain articlesreally 3 about 10 of the time my paper is not available for download in the morning or I have to manually download it 4 I dont get to see any advertising sections or coupons Ive been using it for a couple of years and youd think it those things would have been fixed by now I really cant tell what has been fixed in any of the upgrades        Not quite
