I LOVE the color coded folders I love the different ways I can create folders lists notes I ve never had any problems with this app It is my favorite organizational app Update Nov 12 2017 The new iPhone X screen is less than idea for this app I can t easily add new tasks from the task view the iPhone X information displayed to the left of the notch partially covers the symbol Is there any way to drop that feature down a little further             My favorite organizational app mkrumdrick

This to do app has a lot of features and more I hope there are more on the way Unfortunately I took a couple years off using the app and upon return I m having issues My alarms are firing on the wrong dates and important to do items don t show up on my tasks view I will be working with support Hopefully the issues will resolve and I ll update my review             Great additions every time Ksplat

I just purchase this app I think I like it so far but I notice that we cannot save pictures into this app I had been using MIRAMEM for a while now but they are no longer in the app store thats why I m looking for a new app and found this I do hope they update this with the ability to add pictures and it ll be good         pictures Love2playgames

I just bought this for my iPad and iPhone once you get the hang of it it s great It isn t intuitive However there really should be an interface for the destop I didn t realize that I couldn t download a desktop interface at work until I tried this morning It would really be helpful if the app could sync to a desktop or two an iPad and the iPhone I ll change my rating if the interface for the desktop is created             ms dannekz

Great for lists nice to share among mobile devices It would be nice to be able to delete list items permanently this locks up the program and it would be nice to have an iMac program so that lists can be shared on all devices                 Good not flaw free though Ghhgdsg

This is the most powerful and flexible to do app out there I tried over 30 different organizer apps over a period of several months and this is the one that won out They included many of the top apps including 2Do Awesome Notes Toodledo Appigo To Do Pocket Informant and ListOmni to name a few although I picked ListOmni with its beautiful interface and many great features for my list and note manager Its strengths are the well thought out and designed GUI smart lists a very powerful scheduling feature and of course hierarchical folders which not all list and to do apps have I note some people have found it difficult to use but that s because as others have commented of all the power and features which take a little effort to learn The ability to create Projects to do s with sub tasks is great But you can create notes checklists and of course to do s as well as folders Both folders and Projects can have subfolders tasks checklists notes and to do s under them This gives you a lot of power and flexibility to do whatever you want Although not primarily a GTD app there are enough features so you could easily use it that way if you wanted to I like the ability to customize the folders the way I want rather than having the typical GTD main view with fixed folders that you can t delete with folders that I may or may not need or might prefer to set up some other way Overall just a great app my only concern is as another reviewer here said that there hasn t been an update in a while and the developer appears to be MIA                     Brilliant but practical to do app Swami Dishpan

Ok the checklist sub item bug is fixed now you re up to 4 stars But on the tasks tab I sorted by due date but I m seeing a single task with a due date in a month floating above a project with a subtask due in 3 days Is that right I would have expected the project with the next due item on top Looks like a very promising app but please fix mu remaining issue and I ll update this review to 5 stars                 Nice but can t quite sort how I d like Greatdane420

This is no doubt one of the best task management apps I have tried and I have tried many of them It syncs well is easy to use and has more functionalities than most similar apps One thing I like about it is that it does not artificially categorize tasks based on due date today tomorrow etc Instead it lists all active tasks together and orders them based on priority although users can change the criterion used for ordering the tasks For me and I guess for most people like me most tasks do not have a well defined and fixed due date and this method of ordering the tasks makes more sense It also allows users to set a due after date In this way the tasks that are due in future do not show on the main task list until they reach the date set by the user At the same time this app allows the user to put tasks in folders projects and assign tags to them I highly recommend this app to those who need or want to be organized and efficient                     Excellent CyrusTG
