I really wish I could sign into the app with a fingerprint on iPhone It would definitely ease use of the app I use this app a few times a day I even open my garage door with it This way I don t have a garage door opener in my truck If someone breaks into your truck they could just open your garage and walk right in                 Great app could be better Beez024

A good app which loses all its good features to bad IP communication to the EVO192 Times out connecting and arming and disarming most of the time Even on top quality and tested wifi environment Needs urgent fix It was better before IOS7     Times out 90 of the time the-boris

I like that I can switch on off remotely and push PGM triggers but that s all it does for me The minimum an actual history of events with time stamps Lack of Push notifications is the next feature that makes this app feel very dated Considering I paid for this I hope you will listen and try to make it worth something         Please make it useful Maurits

The app is finicky most of the time it doesn t work and no notification to tell you when it is working and when not If controlling your alarm system remotely is important to you this is not the product to buy I have tried now for 4 years to sort this out The company does not respond to your query even the installer is complaining as there is very little support for them     Terrible Goltzw

You would think Apple would do a little bit more testing on the applications they put in the App Store This application caused my iPad to go haywire The keyboard wouldn t stop writing by itself I don t blame this company for trying to make money without investing anytime in this program But I do expect a little more from the app store Definitely do not waste your money         Terrible application comfix

Zone and PGM labels do not save and take ages to propogate to the app The app has good potential to be extended to display house plans see TM40 send notifications also be used on the ipad I hope the developers continue working on it                 slow zone labels and no notifications mb-merlin

The latest version iOS6 compliant one is terrible on iPhone 5 The little icons at the bottom of the app do not work I can only use the ARM DISARM buttons not the bypass PGM etc ones at the bottom Please do not update until this is resolved Also when will you be supporting push notifications     Latest version not up to standard Aashiek

This is a great application and very useful but I have just installed this software and have the following problems 1 If the alarm goes off it does not send a notification to my IPhone or IPad I need to log on to the application to see what is happening with the system 2 There is no history of alarm activation or trouble kept by the application Once viewed they are deleted I would think the last 10 events or a week of events would be useful 3 The system will not allow me to set Bypass from the Apple device I go into the application and select bypass areas and after a about 30 seconds the Application closes down and bypas is not set If I set bypass on the alarm pad it shows the areas as bypassed on the apple device iParadox 4 2 51 iOS 5 1 1 EVO48 2 50 3 IP100 5 1             Iparadox alarm system Notnb

Had to update the firmware in my IP100 IP Exploring Tool does the trick but this little app is now working GREAT Anywhere my iPhone has a signal I can see which zones are open closed arm disarm the system and activate or deactivate any of the five PGM outputs Why 4 stars Two issues 1 It doesn t provide access control functionality You ought to be able to lock unlock doors like you can in their NEware PC program 2 It doesn t push alarm events Yes that s in the product description Yes I can log in and check for alarm events But there ought to be a way my iPhone can notify me immediately Maybe in a future version                 Finally iOS 5 compatible Juice63

This app works great but I want to be able to use my own dynamic dns It prohibits you to enter a URL only IPs or Paradox s own DNS solution free but difficult to set up you need their proprietary software to set it up on your home pc which then links it to the DNS service Dyndns links to my modem which cuts out the pc Wonderful for monitoring and arming stay sleep arming your alarm Missing the Bypass feature though and I need to use it The app worked fine on iOS4 but started crashing and simply does not work on iOS5 Please fix these few issues and I ll upgrade it to 5 stars             Needs an update no1089

There is not much to this app but it does what it says It lets you monitor the status of your paradox system viewing every sensor s status and let s you arm and disarm the system So you can skip carrying around the key fob and use your iOS device The 9 99 price is a bit high but I guess they won t have that many users and need to pay for the development and if you compare it to buying a key fob it s not bad The app works elegantly and without problems So all in all I m pretty happy                     does what is says broadway1350
