This is an excellent app for anyone that doesnt mind reading thoroughly how it works Backups are done via settings your local IP address Once backedup you can restore the file on any device I think ppl are spoiled by having everything done for them One main file keeps all passwords you just have to restore it kind of like copying a file on multiple devices Love it However for such a simple program it was a bit expensive Over 2 yrs still happy with it So Easy Even A Caveman Can Do it

I lost all my passwords because I lost my phone When I tried to back it up the back up didnt work and when I tried to contact the author the email no longer existed Author doesnt support his work Works Well but cant back it up

The wifi backup doesnt work Dont waste your time Cust support email is invalid Please help

Just purchased this apphopefully it is all I need it to behaving to rate before actually using Just purchased

Ive used this app for a couple of years and the app itself works fine However I want to load the passwords on other devices and am unable to back up on any other device When I go to the app support page it basically doesnt exist So if anyone knows how to back up my iPhone password manager to my iMac so I can load it on my iPad please let me know I tried the URL back up on WiFi and it does not seem to work I can get to the URL and I hit the back up button but it gives me a file that I dont know what to do with and my iMac cannot open it App works but no support

Unless I am missing something I can only use a 4 digit number code for this Seems to me that putting all my one upper case one special symbol 4 number 4 letter passwords in an app locked by 4 digits is kind of like storing the combination to my high security vault on an index card in my glove compartment Only 4 digits

Need a little improvement on the web browsing sometime dont let brows to my Wells Fargo bank Ok but little problems

It takes a lot of pain away of digging into your wallet to find your crdebit card and other info Above all it is SECURE Awesome

I love that I have a mobil place on my iPhone to collect and carry my user IDs and passwords When I try to back up and sync with my MacBook Pro I cannot access this information on my computer Go forbid I lose my phone or it gets damaged I just face booked the name of the creator of the APP asking if I can back it up I hope to hear from him cant back up and access on my MacBook Pro

I got this app about a year and a half ago and absolutly love it I recently got a new iPhone and cant figure out how to transfer the information over from the old phone to the new one When I click the tech support links on the app store it takes me to a website where it is trying to sell me a game called Glory of Conquest and when I click email us from the app it gives me an email address that bounces back I would have given 5 starts if it wasnt for this I think the support should be more available on an app charging 10 Hopefully the developer sees this and reaches out to me so I dont have to transfer the hundreds of entries I have in my old phone manually Great App hard to reach tech support

This works great unless you want to back it up It does not back up to the iCloud The only backup method available does not work for me and many others You will get no response from customer service After The second time I lost all of my passwords I deleted the app DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Do Not Buy

Make my life easier Great app

SOme recent update took my ability to look at my passwordsonly copy and speak show up when I click on incripted passwords and when I click speak its gibberish when I contacted them with the email address they provided asking for help the email kicked back WAS greatnow not usable

So far user friendly and very helpful Great app
