I enjoy 48hrs very much but after 1 year all Im seeing are repeat episodes Not even old mixed with new All previously shown If I dont start seeing new shows I will have to drop this app           Repeats

For CBS and anyone else who doesnt see something wrong with this farce why would anyone now pay you for what used to be free Do you seriously think your show is worth paying for when a quality show like Dateline is still free I will keep the app to watch the latest episode I miss because I WORK 2 jobs and try to keep every penny of my hardearned money that I can     Seriously

I honestly LOVED this appuntil approximately 2 weeks ago I am not sure if 48 hours is on an understandable hiatus but the Coming Up link was off kilter for a while Also I tried to contact them using the link provided and it continues to come back as undeliverable I DO LOVE THIS APP AND ANXIOUSLY WILL AWAIT A VIABLE UPDATE        I tried to send an email

Recently upgraded to IPad Air downloaded 48 hours as it is my favorite program and was my favorite app Worked fine for first few episodes but only with 2007 will not play anything earlier now it starts playing episode and then will freeze for 2030 seconds all the way through episode or it crashes It played perfectly on the old IPad what a disappointment           Quickly becoming worse app ever purchased

The app is great when its working however about 50 of the time the app crashes or Error 110 appears This is not acceptable for any app let alone one people are paying for Get it together please and fix these bugs        Fix bugs please

I have been using this app for years now and I loved it until last night when I started watching an episode only to find out that now there are commercials of the network Why would I pay for that I got the app so I would not have to endure commercials Needless to say I will not be renewing for next year What a waste for what was a great app     Disappointed

They advertise the ability to view past shows as a feature yet I among many users worldwide cannot get them to load They crash the app That said the ability to watch more recent episodes is flawless and very enjoyable But because the product does not work as advertised I feel compelled to give it only one star Note to CBS please fix this app     Past shows crash the App

Id rate this app as a 4 or even 5 star for its ease of use and set up but though I paid for the access any episodes older than a year or two have trouble playing if at all showing a black screen or crash and closed app leaving one feeling rather fleeced for the money Otherwise its a great app to catch up with episodes for those of us who only really watch TV when traveling           Past episodes dont play

While the content is great most of it is unaccessable App crashes with all classic episodes and most other padt episodes prior to 2009 freeze up Wont be renewing        Needs Work

i was very excited to find this app and willingly paid for the yearly subscription bad choice some full episodes are about 2 minutes long then we get a lot of halfepisodes and of course highlight of this app many episode dont play at all sole purpose of these specific episodes is to crash the app altogether and if you think you get a lot of episodes in your subscription thats wrong too if you look closely flipping through the archives you will see many recurring titles well i should have not done the right thing and paid to watch i should have just stuck to the streaming service of my choice and kept watching illegally uploaded episodes will go back to that     dont bother getting thisor paying for it

Does anyone read or care about the negative reviews Step up     Fix your app and Ill down load it

Keeps crashing Very disappointing     Wont work

DO NOT BUY Just paid 499 to get the full app and it crashes every time you try to play an older episode Total disappointment and rip off please make improvements so it actually works     Crashes

You pay 499 a year which sounds good until you realize your only able to watch 35 of the movies Just about every single episode one that I want to watch anyways Either gets a cannot watch video error 110 OR you click the video and it closes the screen and takes you back to your home page Ive emailed cbs probably at least 10 times trying to get this resolved and no one has ever gotten back to me Dont waste your money        Would be worth it if it actually worked

This was the first app I purchased after I bought my iPad 2 over 5 years ago I love it The only problem I have experienced was years ago it was minor didnt keep me from enjoying the shows The episodes are now uploaded quite quickly no more waiting and I look forward to a new episode every Sunday morning              Ive had the 48Hrs App for over 5yrs Love it

Was so happy when I first got the app then episodes started getting glitchy stopped streaming and would lose approx 1015 seconds before show would pick back up Super frustrating Please fix its a great show           Worked well then got glitchy

This app is great for watching current shows and past shows going back to 2013 Anything past that then either the program crashes or playback is glitchy Its not worth the 5 because of that and it certainly deserves only 2 or less stars If it worked as advertised then easy 5 stars and worth 5        Trying to watch past shows glitchy

I bought this app 2 years ago and it worked very well until the last update Now it crashes every time I try to watch any episode older than 2013 Please please please fix it because I used to LOVE it and I want to keep enjoying it or reimburse my money because I already watched all the episodes from 2013 2014 and 2015     Disappointed

Im incredibly disappointed because I love the show and when the app works its great However I paid the money to subscribe so that I could watch past shows etc there are MANY shows listed but a lot of them when clicked on either crash the program turn out to be 15 second promos or simply sit there and dont play If I could watch all of the shows that it says I can watch I would rate it five stars but at this point its just too disappointing If they fix the bugs it could be a fabulous app        Would be fabulous If it worked properly

I should have listened to the other users who said this app doesnt workBECAUSE IT DOESNT I tried to watch a few shows and it automatically closes the app When I finally got one to play it was fine for ten minutes then just stopped playing BOTTOM LINE dont spend any money on this app you will be sorry     Not good

I use an iPad 2 with this app and am constantly disappointed Most of the early episodes never load and cause the app to crash Many of the current episodes have difficulty streaming for the entire length of time he show to my Apple TV I think 48 Hours should monetize their shows through YouTube or Vimeo streaming Much more reliable     Great in theory horrible in execution

I am so sick of trying to view past episodes and getting kicked out of the app immediately The primary reason I purchased this was not to watch the current most recent episodes I want to watch the older episodes especially those labeled as classic What is the problem CBS If there was a way to get a refund you bet Id be first in line Fix it     Worst Most Frustrating App Ever

I absolutely love 48 hours and was very excited to find this app when I was traveling for work and found myself in a hotel without decent TV no investigative news or ID channel When I returned home I continued to use the app as again I love 48 hours however I find myself shutting it off in deep frustration after I get kicked out several times or I stare at a black screen for several minutes Emails have been sent multiple times with no response and no update fixing the issue Please fix these issue so that ALL episodes can be enjoyed           Deeply Frustrated

I enjoy 48hrs But this app needs to be fixed You cannot watch past episodes without it crashing Anything from 2013 and back just will not load I wouldve given it a 5 star if not for this problem Please fix it Its worth getting if your only interested in the current episodes For those of you that have no problems with the app consider yourself lucky I paid to be able to watch ALL episodes I cannot get them to play I have uninstalled and reinstalled thinking this might help Still it just wont play all episodes PLEASE FIX THE APP        48hrs

Downloaded it and it was working great After a few updates it freezes and then skips to catch up Really difficult to follow what is going on when you miss 2030 seconds every other minute This is ridiculous for a major news show Even more upset I paid 5 for an app that doesnt even work Total crap Please fix this or I want my money back     Freezes and skips

Do you love 48 Hrs If so dont buy this app or youll be frustrated The archived shows mostly freeze or dont load it all Not worth your time or money your expectations will be dashed     Resist the temptation

Dont waste your money When I got a brand new iPad the app wouldnt restore my subscription no matter how many times I tried Then it charged me for a second subscription its total crap Havent found a single episode that will work for more than 20 secs if at all App repeatedly shuts down I have every update and still nothing Dont waste your money I wrote to customer service and they never responded If I could give it less than one star I would     Crap app

You are freaking CBS and your app has so many issues and errors like it was developed by teenagers This app needs help but on the rare moments it does work it has amazing shows I love them but I didnt pay to see Error 110 pop up each time Oh and the popular just kick the user out all together which is very common        CBS come on Seriously

Only worked a few times it either completely crashes and closes the app or it just wouldnt play an episode Ive also gotten a notice that says error 110 on several older episodes Please fix the bug its really annoying UPDATE 5615 the app has gotten WORSE Ive tried deleting and redownloading the app and that did not help More episodes dont work and I get the error message still If I dont get the error message and try to watch an episode it still crashes and closes the app completely Please fix this This is the worst app Ive ever purchased     Please fix bugs always crashes

Im having the same issue a lot of people have complained about I cant view past shows Ive reinstalled the app but it doesnt fix the issue It doesnt look like there is any development help about this issue either This is a paid subscription so shouldnt there be some help or refund if its broken Please help     Wont play past episodes

I am very happy to have this app for my ipad I really love the true stories featured each week but find it diffult to stay awake until 10 PM This is much more convenient for me I look forward to watching the show on Sunday morning Update still love it and look forward to watching it every week                 Love this app

I have sent two emails to the 48 Hours app site It will not load any videos at all Help        Quit working

Total waste of time When it works it works but who has the time to play with an App that doesnt work 75 of the time And dont try deleting and reloading chances are it will not even reload     Dont Bother
