I have waited over 45 years to start running and I am glad I have this app to guide me I have an IPhone 4S so there are issues with the voice commands at times and the app will not start Just keep trying and get through it because it is worth it I am on week 4 and would be lost without this app I would have had to pay a trainer to guide me this far and keep me modivated              Keeps You Going
I really dont normally write reviews but this app is incredible I have never been a runner but this app has encouraged me and helped me in so many different ways Super user friendly and it does what they advertise                 Love it
Ive enjoyed the app so far and I definitely recommend it Its really simple to use and you can listen to music You gradually work your way up to being able to run for 35 minutes without walking However I do wish the app would calculate distance and tell me how far Ive ranwalk rather than just time but its still a good app to use if you want to just get up and moving towards running for a longer time without stopping                 Great appexcept

I am not a big runner in fact I really dont enjoy it at all However my daughter signed up for girls on the run and at the end they run a 5k and an adult has to run with her so I need to become better at the whole running thing This app is great so far as it is a gradual process Im looking forward to completing this goal                 Great for starters
This is a great app for people who hate jogging or running or are poorly motivated to work out or even just get in the car and drive to the gym The gradual progression is perfectnot too much but enough to see progress with my stamina each time I use the app which is pleasantly surprising and motivating I highly recommend this app for anyone who needs a little push to get into running 30 minutes a day and thats it I feel great afterward too                 Hate running love this app

I read before 5k programs had doubts etc Some of my friend runs marathon even extra hard core thing I admired them from the nice chair Saw the pictures on facebook and taugh man I wish I could do that 43 yrs old 211 lbs dude in the chair is not the runner type I hated to run for a long time was rather a biker guy years ago Running is boring nothing moves etc Well after 2 of my heavy duty friend decided to loose weight and we started supporting them on FB said isnt this is the best time to check this runner thing out Started on jun 01 with this program Was ok the first 2 week 3rd soso than 4th almost killed me but I saw whats the times I asked my guys how to approach They said if you do it with 50 do it Once you get used to it you will increase the speed After 10 weeks I can run 5km with no problem Did it with 3517min today Not a Usain Bolt speed but everybody around supports me and I feel like Iam In the process I went down to 185 lbs Lost 26 lbs easy Sure I changed my whole eating style but never was hungry Some trick about food 0 sugar no exception Avoid any blechedwhole grain flower That 2 the biggest enemy stay away from starch and carbs Use protein shake Helps a lot for regeneration hot shower bengay your best friend massage needed time to time for those poor legs Bottom line DOES WORK Do not go crazy on speed focus on time never cheat Do not run extra but run as it shows and you will able to run the 5k after 8 weeks I did it myself                 Falling in love with running
After youre done with 5k youll want to get the 10k so you might as well just buy the 10k now instead of buying two apps                 Skip this and buy the 10K app
I love the pace of this app it doesnt start you from nothing and the motivation is huge Its silly but it really does give me a pep in my step to hear her call me an awesome runner I love it                 So motivating

I used this app to improve my endurance for long distance running As for my Athletic history I did not regularly exercising for a year before starting this app Currently over a month in I am feeling my endurance improve immensely and find it no trouble to keep a steady pace for extended periods of time I only wish it contained stretching assistance paired with this app so I can feel a little safer while running Otherwise this became a helpful trainer to start running again after a long hiatus              Great App for Beginners

Every time I run a routine open my phone and hit the unlock button the app is restarting to a different routine I have yet to complete a full workout because of this and I can not see my progress I never had this problem with an older version it only started happening after I reinstalled it on my phone        Starts a new routine automatically
What a great app Eases you into running so gently You finish your session feeling accomplished rather than discouraged and before you know it you can run over 30 minutes I still often think I cant believe Im doing this I love it and look forward to running every other day take my warning though It is such a gentle progression you may want to skip off days and run everyday DONT DO IT I hurt my knees and had to take several weeks off recovering Take days off in between runs and ride a bike to strengthen your knees                 Im a runner now

Help Its probably because of the 841 iOS update but if I unlock the screen in the middle of a workout the sequence goes back to where it was the last time I unlocked it Other than going thru the whole workout without unlocking the screen which I havent been able to do the app its pretty much useless     Goes back to previous sequence
