I use this app to deposit checks and check my balance I live out of state and this app has been a great convenience Good app
But the application loads the most recent transactions at the bottom of the screen instead of the top And then when you scroll to the bottom the most recent transactions are all out of date order Please fix your app Its extremely annoying Would have been a 5
Its nice that A is trying to add more features thinking that will benefit the members but this just made everything more complicated Its way too busy now and its broken First I went to the account overview screen and clicked on one of my accounts before making a transfer Then I went back to the overview screen and wanted to look at my loan at the bottom of the page but it would not scroll down Its doing this every time Secondly a loan paymenttransfer used to take me a matter of seconds After a few minutes of figuring out how to do a loan payment it told me I couldnt So I spent my whole lunch break trying to figure this busy app out I got no where This is driving me crazy Please stick to simple Busy Broke
This updated version works well Great features It saves your username and not your password the interface is more friendly Im running it on iOS 6 iPhone 5 Great upgrade
So excited that A now has an app As with any new app there are still bugs that need to be worked out but I know they are working on them to make it better for us Yay An app

I got this to make mobile deposits which the credit unions website encouraged me to do It will not send me a code either to my email or to myself phone in order to verify it and finish setting it up This certainly needs more work Will not verify
This app has a lot more features than the last app I can do everything I need to from this app and like the improved ease of use Great new app

I downloaded this to use the mobile check deposit feature Once I was logged in and chose the deposit option it gave me an error saying I needed to be logged in to the app which I already was Useless
When you login to the app it shows you your accounts and what the monthly payment amount is for loans etc I would prefer to see my actual balances Instead you have to dive into each account to view the balance Balances are more important for me to quickly see than what my monthly payment amount is Please change this and it will be a great app Would like to see account balances on dashboard
I love everything about this app I am thrilled to be a member of a great credit union like A FCU Great App
This app was never easy to access I was forced to visit the bank to even access my online account Now it is requiring me to update it I click the go to app button and it sends me to the screen just asks me to open the app not to update it I click it and it sends me back saying Im required to update I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it Same issue I switched to this bank because in the past it didnt nickel and dime me but their online services Are severely lacking to the point the should be embarrassed Absolutely unacceptable that I cannot view my accounts Unacceptable

Doesnt work Just like the website A Plus doesnt care about the customer experience when it comes to technology They continue to be 10 years behind I will take my business to chase Terrible as expected with APlus
I was completely STRANDED off a highway an hour from home needing to transfer funds but was unable too and SLEPT IN MY CAR BECAUSE I WOULDNT LET ME TRANSFER MONEY TO MY CHECKING I HATE A PLUS AND WILL NO LONGER BANK WITH THEM HORRIBLE
oh wow now thats what I call an update overnight I got tons of new features and an even more polished app I switched banks recently from one of the mega banks to a I thought for sure I would have to give up all the features of mobile and online banking boy was I wrong the online banking is so much easier to use and has even more functionality keep it up wow
This app is frustrating I was hoping that it would be easier But I cant even log into my account It says password error when I know that my password isnt incorrect Fix it Log on
I have relationships with several different financial institutions and this app is one of the better ones I have used Easy to navigate and the most important information is presented first Thanks Great App
Latest UI update shows me 3 months of transactions at a time starting with the oldest and forcing me to scroll just to see what cleared today This has never been a reliable app but it seems to be getting worse as it progresses Some strange choices
It wont allow me to deposit a check through the app It keeps telling me I need to Use the App Please fix cant deposit check on app
I like the new interface although it only shows you the last couple transactions unlike before where you could see quite a few more Deposit feature doesnt work on iPhone when I tried it on my iPad it accepted the check but the money never showed up in my account causing me to overdraft and be charged a fee Dont use this feature App needs fixing Dont use check deposit
I was able to login for the first and only time and deposit a check with the new photo capture feature I was thrilled with that capability but it took about 16 attempts before the app accepted the photo and then I wasnt so thrilled That occurred 2 days before I wrote this review I have since been timed out of the app but I am not given the option to log back in I can no longer use this app I get the feeling this thing is not quite ready for release Not ripe
