This product is exactly what I ve been looking for It allows my Trek Middle School AWANA and Journey High School AWANA kids to input their assigned books of the Bible their Bible Reading for their particular curriculum at the beginning of the school year and allows them to set it up on a calendar that works for their school and AWANA year Perfect also for Christian school teachers teaching a Bible curriculum with assigned books to be read during the year or homeschoolers doing the same It spreads the reading out by word count NOT Chapter or even Verse count as some other apps do It spreads it out over your designated time frame multiple options a customizable amount of days weeks months or even years based on your reading speed and will calculate that for you if you don t know it It then gives you a predicted amount of time that passage should take for you to finish based on the schedule you set up your desired finish time so you know how much time you need to devote to it before you even start and so if it looks like that s unreasonable you can adjust it so that it is more reasonable It allows you to download and or use whatever translation or multiple translations you prefer You can also set up full Bible OT or NT plans in addition to selected books of the Bible It actually opens that section of scripture within the app instead of making you flip back and forth to your Bible app it s NOT just a calendar setup for you It then has a handy Mark as Read button at the bottom of the section of scripture which when you hit takes you back to your schedule and lets you select another assignment if desired you can also mark it as unread if you accidentally hit it It sends you reminders when it s your designated Bible reading time of the day also customizable It highlights on your phone like when you ve received a new text message or whatever to let you know if you have readings due or overdue It allows you to readjust completely if you fall way behind It even calculates statistics based on how consistent you were and encourages you as you read and stay on track I just love it The only thing I wish it would also do is allow you to alter the finish by date when you reset migrate progress after you ve been behind and or if there s been a change in your schedule necessitating more or less time to finish by For example I created a plan that was to finish by May 31 but then I learned the year was ending early May 13th and I had to recreate the plan instead of just altering the finish by date and letting the app recalculate how much I should read each day                     Fantastic and totally customizable AWANACommander

I love to read the Bible But I am somewhat unorganized So for the past 25 years I have used various schedules to read my Bible in a constant and systematic manner I used to use a PC desktop app that would allow me to customize my schedule to suit my needs But with the smart phone iPhone I now do my reading in a more modern way This app allows me to select the books I want to read and select the time in which I want to complete it Totally CUSTOMIZABLE I love it No other bible reading schedule allows me freedom to set my own schedule it was always choose from what was available Now it s my choice                     A Great Experience Bibletumpr

I loved the first version of this app But after the recent update it crashes every single time I try opening it Please fix this adapt so I can get back on track     New version kept crashing MrsCulater

While there are some restriction on the reading plan being customizable it is much better than some of the other apps which only allow you to choose from their pre made plans It is very easy to use and overall the interface looks good The only thing that might make this app better is if there were an accountability feature where you could share your progress with friends Still an overall great app and I am looking forward to using it everyday To God be the glory                     Finally a customizable reading plan kkaminski16
