I bought this app and the az full body without reading the reviews Wasted a couple bucks Most of the info is locked out and much of what is here was actually wrong Images not matching the text wrong points Deleted after a couple minutes Bad

The Triggerpoints listed in the app only demonstrated as single points This seems quite a bit more vague than books I have read It also seems that the text describing the triggerpoints has been plagiarized from some of the books that Ive read Vague
