ABC News for iPad

I have no troubles with this news app although so much of the news is entertainment not real news I live about sixty miles away from Los Angeles so I get the channel through an antenna free No cable for me There are many choices in this app you can check out recent news from Good Morning America Nightline and others Live Video and other videos sports weather etc              works fine for me

Regardless of what anyone else says this is the greatest news app ever and I have tried others Thanks ABC News for doing a great job providing very informative news coverage                 ABC News is awesome

App makers please fix the problem of not showing the chosen video article rather than several videos with commercials and still not show the chosen videoThis happens so often I usually just give up and use some other online News Source I love ABC News but this app is seriously flawed        Disappointed

The ABC news app works much better now than it has in the past it is reasonably well organized and is reasonably efficient The current problems with the app are primarily issues of content ABC news seems to want to be an entertainment platform as do most other major news organizations This is frustrating for those interested in being informed rather than entertained Ideally the app would have the ability to dismiss headlines such as Celebs Rock Sexy Bikinis or Adorable Puppies Tease Silly Cat which for me are not useful stories ABCs editorial standards along with those of the American news media as a whole have steeply declined in recent years particularly in their ability to generate an informative headline It seems that the current trend is to leave out the information and instead make a desperate and shameless attention grab with headlines such as Five AMAZING Things You NEED to Know About the Current Political Candidates While this is not ABC specific they still chose to follow this trend and thereby actively diminish the quality of their brand The app also fails to tastefully display its advertisements which while necessary can be done correctly In conclusion this may not be the worlds best written review but it still far exceeds the standards of ABC news and its competitors           Functional news app with nonnews click bait

I love this news app but some of the videos wont even load It used to load really fast           Slow loading

It used to be really good being able to click the video and watching the content But now sitting through a commercial before every video is very annoying and makes me not want to use the app I dont have time for commercials if I did I would just watch tv           It was better before

A live feed might be great when its time Id like to be able to read the news quietly and the live feed wont stop           Live feed

I sometimes check out news at Abc app as I gave no tv but usually I find the stories a day or two old and no live streaming of news I also objected to the sensationalized airBNB story today but could find nowhere to voice my disagreement with the tone and threat of the story Id say try CBSN for more up to date news        Prefer CBSN live streaming

News reports should be current not outdated I now use other new outlets to find the current news     Stories

I love ABC World News all the time but the app managers wont update it to the same day Its frustrating that GMA gets updated 247 but not ABC World News Please fix this and then this app gets 5 stars     I like abc world news but app does not update

I have found this app to be very functional on my iPad Air 2 Every video worked flawlessly thus far without crashing Some apps are made for certain OSs Hopefully the negative reviews will improve with patches down the road              Good News App that has the right ABCs

I try to open the ABC News with white background logo the screen is split 2 thirds of the way to the right Other articles appear in the remainder The top section is not in sync either Then a pop up appears covering 13 on the upper left half I noticed another icon on the same page It flashes open and then closes Time to delete both apps try to dl the new one GRRR Frustrated     Which ABC News App

Your desire to automatically run a advertisement is a monumental fail I cannot actually watch and listen to the desired news with an additional commercial running it mouth at the same time in the background Epic fail abc     Fix it please

This app will not load I get notifications of breaking news When I click on the notification it takes me to the app which then allows me to watch as this little circle goes round and round It just brings back memories of the computers I had years ago with the frustration of watching the little hour glass Thanks ABC for bringing back that little memory It reminds me of how far we excluding ABC of course have come technologically I am glad the app is free So all I have really lost so far is the time it took to install and the moments I waited futilely for it to load Now all that remains is to uninstall it     Terrible App

Ive had to delete the app several times and reinstate it because I got stuck on a page with no way to go back to the previous page Even going back to the home button didnt help Very annoying        No way to go back a page sometimes
