This app is really great The only problem is that it crashes on the card game at the panda on the middle column I m using the app on an iPad 2 with iOS 9 3 5 Please fix it My daughter is sitting by my side asking me to write this Thanks         App crashing on card game marceloZ

Today I discovered that my toddler found a YouTube workaround He waits until the videos are over Then he scrolls down the video window until he sees the YouTube video suggestions that are offered By doing this he is able to navigate YouTube from within the Little Explorers app I m disappointed in Peapod Labs and hope that they figure out how to restrict YouTube access from within the app to the intended videos     Unrestricted YouTube VisionaryPilot

I got this app some time ago and it has worked flawlessly until recently Each time the app is started it crashes almost immediately I have installed and reinstalled the app with the same results The thing that has changed is the iOS being updated Please fix it is a frustrating bug         iOS 7 1 and 4th Gen iPad don t mix tyjon31

We LOVE this app However I am disappointed that one of the penguin videos has inappropriate language for their audience The man even says kids cover your ears which to me means a different video should have been picked or it could have been cut shorter Besides that it is a 5 star app for kids         Inappropriate language Lindserk

This is one fun app for exploring animals After playing ABC Wildlife I now know that baby jackal puppies are completely adorable Included are activities and videos of a wide variety of species I love that learning the alphabet is somewhat subliminal in that it is used as a reference point to find your favorites or scroll through the videos There are fun facts to learn and many links to other animals in the alphabet to follow i e in kangaroo touch a letter in the word and it will lead you to a new listing of animals I think that kids will learn and assimilate letters and sounds without the drill that a lot of alphabet apps have to offer Recommended for animal lovers                     FUN bajebooth

I got this app because my kids really like the ABCgo app It has a lot of animals that my boys like It would be a whole lot better if the words were read to them like they are in ABCgo Please fix that My boys are 3 and 6 your target group who do not know how to read so the information isn t getting to them Please fix Also it would be great to divide this into smaller groups such as ABCbugs and ABCoceanlife                 Great app mrushing1

We have been using this app for a while now on all of our classroom iPads The kids need no instruction its easy for them to get to the activities and videos and of course they get to learn their letters What I love to do is teach lessons with it using my iPad and our apple TV to project for the whole class to see                     We love this app KindergartenTchr

The last video in the bull section is 4 minutes of children riding calves and bulls being trampled and in some cases unable to get up with background music about pain A lot roll around holding their arms others are completely still on the ground Just ONE video like this can ruin the whole app     Needs better vetting Optograd

Peapod has several ABC video apps they are all super for learning and exploring lots to do I agree with another review add speech to the informational pop ups under the button that would make this even more accessible Great app                     Love the videos and activities specialappssk

Love love love all of the PeaPod Lab apps we have All the ABC ONES They are all must haves for Learning with Fun Love that each allows you to get facts touch and or Swipe through each item interactive activity or a short video clip for each item as well The letters that spell out each word can be touched and takes you straight to that letter of the alphabet cool feature We ve had these since my LO was 12 months and she s now 2 YO Cant wait to buy preK learning ones PeaPod app support for response suggestions are fast and always personalized not automatically generated like other app support I ve come across                     A must have Cheryl Barlow

I got this app for my 5 year old with autism He s still learning the alphabet so this is great Including multiple photos of each animal is an important feature for kids like him as it helps generalization sometimes kids with autism get the idea that only THAT dog is a dog I also really like that you can tap the letter in the name of the animal to go to the list of animals whose names start with that letter It makes exploring easier                     Super Joseph Harris

ABC Wildlife is an app for teaching the letters of the alphabet by engaging children with animals whose names begin with the various letters Once in the app users may choose a letter then click on various animals who match Once in the animal s screen users may complete an activity related to the animal using fine motor skills learn more about the animal and in some cases watch a video about the animal before going back to the animal selection screen This reviewer enjoyed some of the sounds associated with the activities like crunching noises when uncovering termites in some sawdust D Children of various reading levels will enjoy using the app because it can be simply used as an activity or teach more in depth about each animal for students with higher reading skills I only did not give five stars because I found it hard to figure out how to work my way around the app and get to the desired menus Also the little guy on the activity screens does not indicate when one has successfully completed the activity and many students need that kind of cue or positive reinforcement It took me a while to realize I just needed to close it and that it was finished                 Many Features Keep Kids Attention cwolfpack3

I ve wanted at the request of my kids for an app that really covers animals more of the out of norm category than what you normally see get in children s apps and this does that and more it has a great variety of all animals for any child ren to learn about and have fun without realizing it the best way in our household lol Even my daughter has asked repeatedly for something more like this FINALLY IT IS HERE and done extremely well We ve not even made it all the way through the alphabet as they already have favorites and have to keep going back I love that it says spells the name click on a button and it tells you about the animal then you interact with the animal etc Absolutely hands down one of the best apps that have come out in a while Peapod Apps has a true winner here when my kids finally give up the iPad I need to go back and create an account which I should have done to begin with cannot say get this app enough CharlyJames2                     This is what I have been looking for OneAppyMama

Found this app to be enjoyable and very educational The photographs are vibrant the videos are a bonus and the fact that children can learn the alphabet while associating the letter to a real life living creature is wonderful Like the fact that you can see the animals as adults as well as babies The videos provide a more intimate look at the animal and makes you feel like you are right there The letter and name of each animal are provided to aid in letter recognition and early reading skills I found this to be one of the better apps for learning the alphabet Peapod Labs has a definite winner in this app Thanks A4cwsn for telling me about it                     Excellent way to learn the alphabet and about animals OtterMom4
