Able AAC

I am a Doctor working with Special Needs kids for the past 15 years This is a great multilingual App that can be used by kids and adults It is very easy to learn and use Great value for the price Dr Boston                 Excellent AAC

We strictly use Proloquo2go at our center and we get excellent results with it But in the last couple of years we are getting a increasing number of clients with different ethnic backgrounds They are taught English at school and revert back to say Spanish or Arabic at home We needed a solution for these individuals I recently received a email stating that Able AAC is now Multilingual I thought the app maybe had Spanish and various Accents of English at the most and they call it Multilingual British English and Indian English is not a different language its an Accent I downloaded the free version and was pleasantly suprised to see that they really did have 20 languages offered On my advice the center bought a few copies and in app voices Spanish and Arabic and evaluated them for potential use We found found Able easy to use modify and implement Some of the words used do not account for regional variations within a language For example the word used for No in Arabic is fine for Saudi Arabia UAE Kuwait but means None in Sudan This is not a issue because it very easy to edit and fix and tailor it for each individual Able will be a important addition to our tool chest              Multilingual Update

Downloaded this app 2 weeks ago and it has worked out very well The layout just makes so much sense An excellent app Very detailed and covers every possible daily situationrequest Uncluttered and clear picturesI feel that it will help anyone with speech issues like Autism and others to help communicate when they cannot Thank you for creating this app                 Able AAC Application

Never seen so many features in a AAC app I counted at least 10 apps in one with this App Simple AAC Advanced AAC Type and Speak My Audios My Videos My Tasks My Reminders My Programs Notes Reward center Weekly reports The list goes on and on And the price is half of the popular AAC apps Great bargain My 12 year old son started using it without any training within 5 minutes I wish the voice inapp would be priced at 999                 Features Galore

I have Ataxic dysarthria My ability to speak has eroded to the point where even I dont understand what the hell Im saying LOL I tested several Free AAC apps in iTunes store I found Able AAC Free so simple to use with no setup required So I purchased Able AAC and have been very happy so far The app is quite stable and I have added more categories and phrases to the simple interface This app has features a mile long I find new features every day If Ablevox can design a App to read my thoughts and speak it that would be fantastic                 My search is over
