A fine slating tool although any attempt at displaying timecode is useless unless the slate can be jamsynced to the audio recorder At the very least the timecode can note the time of day The logging functions are very useful especially the ability to email the log to your address Id like to see a pure logging tool for the 2nd ac without all the slating flimflam              a fine slatelogger although timecode is useless

I bought this a couple of years ago and it worked fine It was adequate for my purposes However once iOS was updated to v4 the app quit working properly You cant proceed any further than entering in basic data You cant clap with it any longer The companye web site has vanished so good luck with any updates Just look at the last update Oct 12 2009 What does that tell you Save your money and dont buy it     Doesnt work any more

I bought this program but cant use it for multicams or let me say it this way a stopwatch is what I needed Most of the functions are really useless unless you have nothing to do and play with this thing I wanted someting to sync four cameras and this will not work You need four iPones or iPods to do that So am back to the simple iPod stopwatch and actually that one has larger numbers to display then this program Am sure some will find this program useful but I just dont have the time to monley with all the data because I need to shoot a movie BTW in case you wonder how a stop watch can sync all the cameras with footage In the editor you find the timecodes stopwatch image at the begining of each shot and line them up according to when it was shot in the timeline Actually it works better than anything Ive tried Too bad consumer camcorders dont have timecode built in        Nice program but not usable for multicams

Just discovered this app and I really do love it Its got a lot of functionality and as a indie filmmaker this has come in handy many times The only thing I can say that I would absolutely love as a fix small annoyance is that when you type in to new fields eg Production Title the text is not automatically capitalized The ultimate feature would be if they made an accessory so that you could connect the iPhone to a camera to sync the two I dream              Really enjoy

This app has all the goodie you need to log and sync multiple cameras and keep track of your shoot You cant get any of the functions to work unless you fill in all of the blank data fields Once you fill in the data fields all of the extras come alive Theres even a leveling system on the clapboard so you can make sure the data is readable on tape Once the shoot is over you can email the data to yourself so logging your footage is much easier Great for use with prosumer cameras who cant use timecode syncing Give it a try you will like it                 So far so go

Finally a useful tool for the film and TV production crew All in one pocketfriendly package for organizing your cutscenes naming and arranging specific task projects ability to code in notes on the fly and even a feature to save your app data to an online database for retrieval anytime in case you resync your device and lose your saved projects And the Get Location feature is definitely a big time saver and adds convenience prior to the studio editing A million thanks for this brilliant app This will certainly save me a lot of hustle as opposed to doing everything manually and multitasking This is a must have to all professional and even novice film and TV makers Kudos to the developers                 Splendid Convenience
