Having problems figuring this one out and I really need this one to work        Not The Easiest App To Use

The support for this app is non existent I dont ever rate products because I assume they work and expect them to work CAUTION Doest work No support No refund Shame on Apple for allowing this to occur Does anyone approve apps before they are sold     Active print not so active no print

This app is completely useless What a waste of my hard earned money They dont respond to emails for help I feel like I have been robbed     Active print pro

I updated to this new version on my iPad and all of my printers disappeared When I try to add a printer the app just shuts down and closes     No Printer

When I bought this app it was not clear that a yearly membership would be required to use it     Subscription service not app

This app prints on occasion for the most part it has allowed my to control my printer from my IPhone but not every document will print           Its okay

This app was doing good but now I cant print because its forcing me to rate and write a review which Ive already done previously giving four stars Frustrating I paid for this app and want to print     Need Improvement

This app requires you to download a program on your computer I down loaded the program on two separate computers and neither one will allow me to access their server I also contacted support but have yet to get a reply Basically the app doesnt work     I doesnt work

This app does not work in ios5 AirPrint was broken during ios5 upgrade now airprint for windows does not work So I tried activeprint pro and purchased it and installed the windows piece It sees the windows printer but does not send to it Currently I am not happy and I am contacting their support group I also tried a more expensive app called fingerprint that does work but your printer cannot be USB connected it has to be external and reachable via IP Not a happy printing camper        Does not work in IOS5

It works well worth the money if you dont have an air printer              Works good

I got the lite version to print once so updated to the Pro version but NEVER got it to work Flushed 4 down the toilet basically I still havent deleted the app yet though as I secretly am hoping the developers will eventually get their act together and fix it Until then Im afraid this app is nothing but doodoo     Really wished it worked

Chen it asks you for a review there is no way to say no thanks It forces you when clicking no thanks otherwise it OK     Terrible App

This app has been a great DISappointment It does NOT work customer service is ABSOLUTELY horrific No one has ever contacted me to try to resolve this NONworking horrible swindler app They alert me to tell me theyve received my request for help BUT that is as far as they go They never actually HELP you SAVE YOUR MONEY BUY A DIFFERENT APP Almost anything WILL be better than this     Waste of Money

This app does not work consistently At times Ive gotten it to work but the very next time it doesnt The developer needs to add a mechanism to test the printer Do not buy this app     Disappointing

Awkward to use is not integrated with native apps all printing has to be done from within ActivePrint Bought this to be able to specify BW only when using a color printer The app allows you to make that setting but output is still in color Web page does not print correctly Wish I could get a refund     Disappointed

I am a school teacher and I use this app for printing items from my Dropbox any where in the class or in the school which ins great when Im not close to the computer                 Works Great

The idea is great but I often need to reboot and set thedesktop app up to make it work           Good idea but common connectiom problems

Stopped working after the first update Tried reinstalling but no luck Add me to the list of those who wasted money on this app     Junk

When it works it lets me print from my iPad to my office printer which no other app does I was thrilled It is still working for my first iPad And when it doesnt work like when I added a second iPad it doesnt work Contacted support 8 days ago still no sign of a response much less a solution So as long as it works and you dont need support its great           When it works its great

I couldnt get it to work with my Mac or PC I sent two emails asking for support with no reply Rip off     Doesnt work

When I told iPhone to print it would pause about a minute then say printed ok Nothing would print Remembered that iPhone was connected to router through Guest Connection You have to Log Into Router to connect to local computer not just Internet which Guest Connection connects to           User

I tried to use this program to print from my iPad 2 to a Brother MFC 7340 It does not work for me The iPad is great for checking email without having to turn on my desk top but it would have been nice to be able to print to my current printer I have no intension of buying an Air Print printer just for remote printing     Waste of Money

Lite version worked twice the Pro version hasnt work Email them twice didnt get an answer     Horrible

Works good most of the time but very touchy and has to be reloaded frequently     ActivePrint is junk

I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD AN APP OR COMPANY THAT WAS MORE OF A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO RESPONCE TO EMAILS APPS DONT WORK IN APP PURCHASES DONT LOAD THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE THROWN OFF THE APP STORE HAD TO GET APPLE INVOLVED TO TRY TO CORRECT PROBLEMS ENDED UP WITH GIVING UP THEIR WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK CANT REGISTER CANT CONTACT THIS COMPANY AND APPS ARE WORST THAN USELESS I COULD NOT HATE AN APP MORE YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WORNED STAY AWAY UPDATE 30 days no contact from developer after repeated attempts by email and their contact form     WORST APP WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WORST COMPANY

I tried a few of the free apps for iPad printing and nothing worked I figured I would give this one a try Whats the worst that can happenI loose a few dollars To be able to print from the iPad was worth the risk to me I was amazed to see the thing actually worked The only complaint I have is every so often the computer that the iPad connects to thru this app disappears To be able to print I have to shut down active print on my compute and restart the app It will run ok for a day or two then it disappears again I am waiting for an update to fix the problemwell see I emailed support to see if there are any corrections I can make and am waiting to hear back I will repost a review with the final results on this issue              OK but needs improvement

Cannot believe I did not read reviews before upgraded from lite to pro version Neither work What a rip off Only 4 bucks but its my 4 bucks Why has this app not been removed Apple should be ashamed this is even listed for purchase     Waste of money
