I was excited to try this out since I have many folders but I keep getting a failure notice I was told I might have too many folders That defeats the purpose of using this It is because I have so many folders and files I want to use this It does however work on folders with very few files inside I tested that with a folder on my desktop containing three PNG images This just won t work for me     Not made for large folders BriVester

I was one of those Mac users for a brief period of time when Apple allowed the X ray folder feature plugin for the QuickLook was ecstatic with Mac OS Then Apple regressed and took away this feature and had been very disappointed so much so that I had relied on using WinXP VM running on Parallels to view the photo folders on my Mac How sad and ironic Reading up on the developer it appears that the developer also found the loss of QL enhancement to be an issue and wrote this static solution I did notice that none of my video files did not generate corresponding thumbnails This is a great app with batch processing that works Thank you                     Fantastic toshitazawa

In response to several of the previous reviewers did you give up reading that book because it didn t have on the cover open here by grasping one of these corners arrows pointing at corners and pull gently toward you It s pretty simple to work out if you make sure there s only one picture in the folder when you run the app note move all other images out of the folder make the icon then put them back and select one image on the edit styles you have full control Also it s not just limited to album art any JPG or wait for it PNG with transparency makes for an astoundingly flexible and useful tool Now where s the instructions for these toothpicks                     With a tiny bit of perseverance this app pays off big Sculpher

The last few reviewers show very limited capacity for figuring out a new piece of software LOL People are quick to give software a bad review just because they lack the abilities to figure it out on their own The software does exactly what s shown on the images and works very well You have to Manage Styles from the main window to create your own styles and that gives you all the options that are shown above                     LOL the previous reviewers AdamDZ

It does what it says and you can t complain about that I give 4 stars because it could use some more advanced options and sometimes it doesn t seem to lay out the icons very well For example when I make a custom set with only 1 picture that isn t cropped square the picture ends up being kind of tiny in the middle of the folder With only 1 icon it should try to fit the dimensions of the folder better Great app other than that and some updates could possibly make this a stellar little gem                 Works as advertised Khadrelt

This prgram was desgined to add album artwork to a folder Nothing else If you are looking for customized folder icons with your pictures or various icons and graphics look elsewhere Problems 1 only recognizes JPG in host folder and sub folders NOT pictures or image folders 2 will not allow selecting a single image random selection only 3 style management is neither Select yes no shadow crop to square image cant show folder icon behind picture and whether the program selects 1 2 or 3 images to use There is almost no conrtol of this program Images are small to the point of being unrecognizable Folder icons themselves can not be altered If you want it to use a specific program you have either to repeat the entire add and remove process until its random pick finds the image you want OR remove every other image from the folder and ALL the sub folders then let it pick the remaining one for the folder icon then put everything back Even as a free app this is not worth it     Free and I still feel ripped off 201973212503973

This app works once I figured it out and how to keep it from freezing up If I selected to many folders the application would freeze up and I would have to force quit the application Once I discovered that if I only selected a small listing of folders the app worked fine I also discovered a folder refresh problem with Finder not related to this app that wouldn t let the folders refresh properly I quit Finder as suggested in a forum and that solved my folder refresh problem It would also be nice if there was a clear all button in addition to the minus option for removing folders from the folder path list             It works However it needs a few tweaks Glen Eckart

This seems like a great idea but it only adds image files to the folder image I have other docs that i want to preview on the face of the folder and it doesn t show them not what i was looking for     Does not add icons unless they are jpgs nested in the folder DWR-LA

I was very disappointed in this app It was the first one I got for changing those awful blue folders and I found it extremely difficult to use It never turned out like it was supposed to After doing one folder with the four photos of the app on it I couldn t get rid of it when I tried to do a new app This one really needs some updating and bug fixing I haven t uninstalled it yet because I m hoping you all will fix this It could be a great app It sounds great looks great on the app screenshots but that s it I d appreciate some help Come on you guys make this wannabe something great I m waiting for an update to fix the problems please hurry cause I d really like some new folders It would be great if ya ll could change the color of the folder too I can picture a great rainbow of colors with great icons or pictures Wouldn t that be fabulous         it doesn t work like it says it does ditzydeb
