When in my clinic I leave my phone at my desk it would have been nice if the app synced to my watch so I could get information on my patients but it says loading then error loading please log in on your iPhone I log in on my iPhone but the Watch app never works Very disappointing         Apple Watch app doesn t work NegativeMan

Recently the app was updated and now requires log in every time I use the app and create a PIN every time I use the app on my phone and don t want to log in every time just to look at my schedule There is already 2 passwords Now to add a pin each time I use the app almost makes the app worthless     Log in every time I use the app chrisjgee

This app provided a handy way to look at my schedule on the go I m able to see my patient schedule now so please disregard my preview review This app does not have full EHR function but is a nice supplement to the AdvancedMD computer based software                 current version not functioning correctly Humphrey MD

Customer service is horrible I work as a PA under my MD I cannot send electronic Rx because they consider me a separate provider and want me to purchase full license So now I can t meet requirements for EHR The iPad app keeps changing with every update Now it locks out after 30 seconds and I have to key in my PIN or fingerprint Live chat is never helpful Pictures take forever to load into the record Don t try to take more than three images Supports solution for the app crashing if I take more than 3 pictures decrease resolution of camera Really If our office had not invested so much time money and effort to get the office trained we would drop this group immediately     Worst EHR ever Egh...

The two major improvements I recommend 1 Allow the ability to read and respond to messages Right now we can only see that there is a message waiting 2 Have the app be able to pair the patient schedule at least with Apple Watch Otherwise this is a very useful app             Pretty good could be great izzy27

The app looks nice and offers ability to do full charting coding and billing Unfortunately it does NOT sync reliably with the web based version making it essentially unusable in a live patient setting The iPad version will not even capture vitals as my staff inputs them It has potential but until this issue is fixed it is unusable         Poor Sync Karth Vahlnar

The first version of this app would show my visiting today patients on the Patient tab the new version does not In fact many times I open it I see another clinician s patient list and not my own I have tried to delete and reload the app several times and no change The app crashes if you press delete for a long stretch of text I do this at times when it puts in an acronym that I do not want and I need to delete an entire paragraph from my note The note is not saved and I lose all the information in these cases                     Frustrating app KRWellsmommy

All this app does is lets you see if an appointment has been made Our office signed up for this 500 00 a month they advertise this app but it s useless it a gimmick You will be using internet explorer daily if you sign up with AdvancedMD     Anything other than view appts GottaGetItNow!

Along with adding prescriptions they also forgot to mention that it now crashes when simply scrolling around in the scheduler and searching for patients Also they decided to change the look one that I honestly preferred over their interface through Internet Explorer     Missing feature they forgot to mention National centers for pain

Only use for me is to check schedule and messages The real needs are E scribe and chart completion at every level As it is close to worthless     EHR App Primary care-rural

This application is not useful at all now that they recently launched the I phone application Advancedmd needs to give high priority to give fully clinical access to the office that s mean that we can use our own templates while we are seeing our patients as well medical asistants to help to move fast in our busy practice They will have more customers if this is available At this time many of my colleagues that they are looking for EHR take the compatibility with iPad as priority 1 to get the product I have invested time and money to get Microsoft tablets to do the job but the experience with them are awful I hope they take in consideration soon enough this recommendation because I am close to change EHR products     Not useful Hardworking physician

This app was initially released before it was anywhere close to being complete and two updates later that has barely changed It seems like it was released for its marketing value so they could say Look we have an iPad app buy our EHR on their website rather than to be a useful fully functional companion to their browser based product suite Since you can t enter notes using your templates and you can t e prescribe it would only be useful on less common occasions where you just need to quickly look up info on the patient and perhaps write an extremely simple and limited note while on call for instance But those limitations exclude it from being relied upon as a day to day workhorse If ADP wants to tout this app they really need to up their game and accelerate its development With the power and versatility of their suite of products to tap into the app has the potential to be seen as a gold standard in EHR Practice management Instead it s little more than a feature limited trial version of an app         Still a very limited app PainPhysician

This app is not useful at all It does not load on most days requiring me to delete and reload Then many times you are not able to log in When it does work the functions are limited which does not allow remote use ADP needs to keep working on this one         Not useful Ddslp

Overall this App shows great promise The charge slip creation interface is very well done and works flawlessly The EMR clinical note function clearly had no physician or other provider input in it s creation Conceptually it initially appears ok However on closer inspection it becomes clear that this was rushed and therefore what could have been a great little chart note function ends up being a joke The subjective input is limited to chief complaint and history of present illness This is understandable for keeping things simple However one should at least be able to view other related data from a simple mouse over pop up What makes the clinical note totally sappy right now is the fact that most of the important objective data the physical exam has no place for entry This renders everything worthless as it fails basic documentation standards It should be fixed ASAP And template integration is desperately beckoned for     SOAP without O spells SAP jsherry2

This app will not be useful to our office You can look at the schedule but not edit or create appointments and see partial chart documentation You can create a note but totally free entry can t use your templates No charge slip you can enter cpt and icd 9 codes but you have to know them or look them up A lot of changes need to be made before this is a useful tool     Pointless MamaMG

Unfortunately this won t be useful to me While you can look at your schedule and pull up patient demographic info there doesn t appear to be access to scanned records Also there is no way to view free typed attached notes You can only view system based template notes Hopefully this will be corrected soon     Could be useful Me0201
