The AiM iDesk is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.6 has been released on 2014-11-20. My suggestion would be for the designers to spend a day in the field using this in a real world scenario of high volume multiple building and location work orders If they have done this they are much more patient with more time to lose and more technologically advanced than the average field technician using this app My advice if the designers are not able to do that is this focus on the who what when and where for each work order The other tidbit would be to work on a new idesk look and some GUI screens Buttons are nice prearranged priority is good and make the communication tools we have work to the users advantage by bringing attention to the surface I e if the job has notes make a flag show up on the first point of contact with the link The core of aim idesk does to make enough effort to aide communication in a hassle free manner Telling someone that a note may exist sometimes is not enough to make them check for it every time         A day in the shoes Cricketbug75
