I have Carrier Landings Extreme Landings and now downloaded this one The first two have gone through phases of it s good and it s crap The company does upgrades and though it may add some features it is just as likely to destroy other features such as windows you need to see are jibberish controls get interlocked with each other so speed automatically controls flaps all of which make the achievements impossible THat being said when they DID work I achieved the HIGHEST LEVEL in ALL of the challenges I am saying that to say I DO know how to play and work the games But the latest current as of Oct 2017 versions of these games are USELESS I see one reviewer that loves them Maybe on iOS But I m on an iMac with a Joystick Previously there was about 10 confusion between joystick keyboard commands using one command on the joystick would deaden future use of that command on keyboard for rest of game and would confuse commands flaps throttle and sometimes air brake were the most common Currently they have totally reconfigured the Joystick Keyboard command input settings When you go to settings it DOES say it is conifgured to MY particular joystick Logitech Extreme 3d Pro but it is NOT My joystick does not control planes at all unless I mess with the settings The problem is how to set them up I ve made some guesses got maybe 30 success rate with some controls working as they should others not but never as good as it used to be They make no sense at all IF they do I m all ears Tech Support could not explain it to me Their settings offfer something like 50 or so axis setting on the joystick Joystick 21 axis 5 in one place then they have ANOTHER place for you to enter similar settings They are lableled differently and you very well may be contradicting each other No way to tell except experiment with thousands literally of possibilities They map joystick buttons to mouse buttons but do not say what the mouse buttons do A good example is the Throttle settings The joystick has a lever that moves up and down that is typically used for and that they used to use for throttle settings up being faster down being slower OK Now they offer 2 columns for input for throttle up throttle throttle down for a total of 6 joystick throttle settings So which of these is lever up lever down What s with the 2 columns I have tried various guesses to no avail And it s similar for all inputs I have no idea how or if they ever got it to work As I said THEIR tech support could not even TELL me what to enter where in the settings much less help me trouble shoot Maybe iOS experiences are better but a big fat FAIL on iMac I really enjoyed these games when they worked and talked sensibly to my joystick Now they are trash If anyone can explain how to set for joystick it might make all the difference I can get to the settings but what to enter where especially in the TWO columns for joystick make no sense to me Tech Support is useless I reported these problems in detail to tech support as requested when they did respond to me the first time They said they d get back but never did When I contacted them again they told me to contact App store for refund In other words it is easier for them to give me a refund rather than simply give instructions how the setup works The reviewer who said the developer monitors comments and adjusts accordingly I informed them of the joystick configuration issue 6 months or so ago and I see they are still using that impossible setup routine in their new software with NO clarifying instructions Perhaps this reviewer is paid by the company If a legitimate user then please explain the joystick settings and you will be GREATLY appreciated as you will have done something the company cannot will not do     Another Rortos FAIL Uncle Gum

Great game on ios but it is terribly suited for Mac It doesn t seem like they changed anything to better fit a computer The controls are jerky and over sensitive and you are left using your mouse for most of it because the input settings are messed up DOWNER     not well suited for Mac btb334
