My flight was from Newark Airport I live in Brooklyn so I did a little last minute research and decided on ABC Parking based on a few reviews and price I thought it was comparable reasonable I like savings so I research coupons and found something I arrive at pick up not difficult to reach The van service on the first leg of my trip was lacking I was dropped off at the wrong door The pick up however was not bad after I found the pick up spot there was a van there but it did not have enough seating for me and my party The follow up van arrived shortly after and my experience with the check out was great I must say I lost my ticket call the general number and receive excellent service in locating my reservation and my car was waiting up front when I arrive My Experience

Found the right parking time and location entered the credit card information then boomed error Thats not the end of the story because the credit card payment went through and I am left without a reservation and no ID to cancel to get a refund Contacted customer service with screenshots showing my credit card charge the app screen showing the reservation and the email of the reservation showing the reserved time at 01011969 Waiting for customer support to respond but I think a call to credit card company is in order Its probably better to use your desktop browser instead of this app before this serious flaw is fixed Error at end of reservation

I loved the ease of using the app It took me less then a minute to learn a lot about my choices then I reserved my space in a blink Great to move around
I paid 28 to have my car parked long term and then be shuttled to the Atlanta airport When I called the hotel that I was booked at they said they didnt even shuttle or have long term parking I tried to cancel and couldnt but the app kept saying error Not legit
