Got all the way to chapter 23 and could not get the pen to take the ink or the symbols to attach to the parchment Please fix these defects and Ill be happy to play again        Dissappointing

I enjoy many parts of this game but there is a lot of dialogue and often no help given for the side puzzles           Many words no help

Am new at these kinds of games but getting the hang of it and looking forward to playing more Enjoyable graphics but I do agree there is a bit too much dialog              Fun

Really enjoying this one very clever and I love the magical theme I do really really wish the main character of Irene sounded more like Hermione Granger and less like Hannah Montana PS I got very close to the end and have been unable to put the flowers and crystal they keep bouncing back on the table indicated in the walkthrough so I cant finish and am really frustrated There was an update that I hoped would fix this but sad to say no still an issue Great fun up to this point but this final chapter has been very tough in the way of placing the items              Fun

An interesting and time worthy game if it supported a pinch out option most items were too small to locate without some magnification           Needs a pinch out option

I love these types of games but this one just expects you to guess too much And the constant chatter in the game ruins the game play     Fustrating

This is a great gameyou will have hours of fun with your whole family The storyline is compelling and the puzzles are unique One caution for iPad playersif you search for hints to help over the rough spots be aware they may not be accurate for the iPad platform For example when playing the final power ball battle against the demon I wore my wrists out trying to circle the runes fast enough to send power balls at the demon only to get slammed round after round Finally I went to a gaming site for help and was surprised to find I needed to follow a pattern laid out over a 10round battle Went back to the game following the precise patterns only to lose faster than before Totally frustrated I stopped and watched the pattern on my iPad screen Victory next time out The set pattern may work for the PC version but iPad users have to follow the 47 step pattern of lights on their gamenot sure if it varies from game to game Probably most people know to do this anyway but if nothappy to save someone a frustrating hour But I highly recommend this game for the whole family                 WOW Worth Your Money

I hate to buy a game and then have a glitch that stops me from playing it less than halfway through You are supposed to move a tree to a table in one part of the game and no amount of tapping or dragging will move the stupid tree Why dont developers check for these problems     Magic academy

Youll probably recognize a few of the voices in this game from Mushroom Age I believe that the main character Irene is also voiced by the same woman who played Laura Jones I cant recall the name of the character she played in Mushroom age If you liked Mushroom Age and the Laura Jones games then youll love this one Seriously I noticed that in the only two other reviews at the time I wrote this that there were a couple of complaints Im really not sure why anyone would mention having to get the hang of this game Perhaps if you havent played the 3 others Ive mentioned it might prove a tiny bit challenging But in my opinion it plays just like them and is just as much if not even more fun I DEFINITELY dont get why anyone is having any sort of technical issues Ive already finished the game once and am in the midst of my second go round I didnt experience a single problem anywhere in the game The devs did a fantastic job on this one I sure hope a sequel is in the works                 Another hit

I think I need the knife to go forward but the game wont let me pick it up Please help me get past this level I paid to much not to be able to compleat this game        Stuck on level ten

I played the free version and then paid for it I dont mind the voice acting but would like a bit more clues as to how to accomplish he tasks with that I would have given 5 stars              Good game

Thoroughly enjoyed this game which played smoothly all the way through Fun story line excellent graphics and some puzzles that were new to me I thought I had encountered a couple glitches as described in other reviews BUT it turned out the glitch was ME I had missed a step and once I thought it through and added the missing step the game moved on just fine Hoping for a sequel to this one                 Great game

This is a very enjoyable game along the lines of Mushroom Age I only gave it four stars because it starts out great but then needs work towards the end The demon game at the very end is impossibly fast Its disappointing to play the whole game without skipping any puzzles and then have to skip the very last one Also objects get very hard to pick up and place in the last couple chapters I had to use a walkthrough only to find out I had items in their correct spot Once I was sure where they went I just kept trying repeatedly until they stuck Thats a bit annoying but overall this is well worth your money              Pretty good puzzler
