Great interface lots of functionality Everything you need to stay informed on what people are talking about online before it even hits the major news outlets                 Still the best
I loved this app but now every time a gif plays my music stops and its INCREDIBLY ANNOYING Please fix              GIF stops my music
Great but sound wont work for some reason        Sound wont work
I believe this is the very best reddit app for iOS devices bar none This app is an essential for iOS users                 Best reddit app for iOS
I love this app and I use it all the time but it really needs flairs for the some subreddits such as rCFB the Flairs make the experience so much better Stay awesome guys              Needs Flairs
For whatever reason i cant restore my pro features the option just loads endlessly        Cant restore Pro Features
Yeah yeah I should probably upgrade from the iPhone 4S But its very frustrating that Alien Blue wont work anymore I cant browse at all using cellular data The app only works when Im connected to WiFi If Im using data it just says Looks like there isnt anything here Even when on WiFi gifs with a quality option eg HTML5 wont play Infuriating especially since it worked fine before the most recent update     Little support for older devices
It would be a huge improvement if instead of just copy permalink a view permalink or load more comments option was added to the comment menu              Permalinks
Thanks                 The Best Reddit App
Ive just got to give 1 star for that cringeworthy app update story about the iOS9 release Im sure some of your devs were embarrassed by that and I sympathize with them because they were right     Not bad
I came to write this review because since getting my 6s Alien Blue has been at the top of my battery list with 2030 I maybe am on for an hour a day I have background update turned off but still a hog Other than that not too terrible but Ill be shopping around to see if theres something better out there thats not so energy demanding           I guess the best Major battery hog
After the most recent update I lost my pro membership even though Id previously paid for it According to their webpage they mention some stupid excuse like they have no way of knowing who paid for the app before So because of that we have to pay for it AGAIN What kind of BS is that How about instead of making customers pay again for something they already paid for you get your developers to do their job and come up with a way to make sure youre not screwing over your paying customers Screw this app Im deleting it     Pro paid membership not
First the UI is slick but extremely unintuitive Even figuring out how to log in took much longer then it should when I first opened the app The app kept popping up messages when I tried to do things that required an account but not once did it offer to actually bring me to the account management page buried in the settings Every time I use this app navigation remains a chore due to the extensive use of um unique UI design paradigms Would it have been too much to ask that this app at least resemble standard iOS UI More importantly the main reason I downloaded this app was for notifications Once configured they do work sometimes One day theyll work fine The next I get no notifications Use the app again and they might work again for a while The app absolutely cannot be relied upon to deliver notifications consistently        Confusing UI Broken Notifications
Have to pay to be able to post No thanks     Have to pay to post
This is a simple and clean app One thing that I would like is a share button or the ability to copy images and text to paste into emails or texts On my laptop I always share stuff I find on Reddit with friends but I cant do this in this app           Pretty good Reddit app
I had been using the old one sparingly because of how terrible it was I finally thought I should look to see if there is a new one since Reddit bought them I finally think it is usable and still has some to go Good jump for me              Best one out there
For the most part the app is great There are a few hiccups with image and gif loading but overall very good My biggest wish is that it would support Touch ID with the passcode feature Right now this is the only app on my phone that still makes me enter a manual passcode           Great overall but needs a few tweaks
What a horrible excuse of an official app If there ever was a time for someone to create a better alternative this is the time What a rip off Stop worrying about making your release notes cute and fix long standing issues     Skip and hope they get their stuff together
Is forcing me to rebuy pro features after getting new phone Its not about 2 its about screwing your premium users over to make money     Scam
Dont know why everyone thinks the app is horrible Works perfectly for me and is a wonderful client for reddit                 Great App
Theres really no reason anymore for the way this app handles image links Its been too long guys Despite being mostly a repository of links to images Reddits official app is riddled with baffling behavior around its handling of photos 1 It is not at all uncommon to find out that the Optimal gallery this app puts together is missing photos from the full original album Ie Optimal view of an Imgur album gives you 3 photos but when you load the album in Original format you find that there were really 12 Happens ALL THE TIME 2 Why on earth does the quick view of album view still only show the first five photos Youve always got the same number of dots at the bottom indicating that its an album and yet theres no indication of how many photos are really in the albumor even whether youre seeing the whole album 3 Loading an album in Optimal is such a crapshoot Sometimes one random picture in the album will simply not load All the others in the album willwhy not that one Whats worse is when just the top half loads and the rest is rendered as a grey box 4 This image is too large and is likely to cause instability on this device No it isnt This was a great feature three years ago when we were using RAMstarved iOS devices But the latest phones have 2GB of RAM and last years have a totally reasonable 1GB to work with Its time to up the threshold for that error by quite a bitor at least make it responsive to the model device were using           Bad handling of images for being a mostlyimage platform
I got a shiny new iPhone and decided to install a reddit app The top suggestion was this app After installing It took me 2 minutes to figure out where to login Its so hard to navigate a total mess It has eye candy but the app is using some sort of concept UI that looks good on paper but completely unintuitive in real life If you want a good example of a great reddit app its reddit is fun but its an andrd app        Worst UI ever
Ive used this app for about 2 years now Ive always liked that its fairly easy to use and honestly Ive used this more than the actual Reddit site However over time its just gotten buggier and buggier this newest edition being the worst so far Im not sure if there are different developers in charge or maybe just keeping up with new OSs is proving too difficult but this app is falling apart        Aging poorly
I use it every day Good looking but some quirks with regard to the interaction design leave the usability a little wanting Keep improving              Great but could use improvement
Its great for browsing Reddit and has great design But desperately needs visibility for gilded posts and comments I thought that would be a nobrainer              Slick and useful but needs gold visibility
Pro features cannot be restored Although its a small amount of money this is nevertheless an unwelcome business practice     Everyone must repurchase Pro features
Great app but Im giving you 5 stars just for the amazing update list Not only did you actually lost whats changed in this version but you had a funny story that went along with it Cheers                 Great app
Like some other people said completely unintuitive UI Tap the top of the screen to try and scroll all the way to the top Whoops you just turned on a slow transition into night mode And sometimes if you load the app while its on the front page itll silently fail to load anything and I have have to go back to the menu to get it to load stories           Some glitches but overall smooth
Makes browsing reddit so easy and fun                 Great
Past users who bought pro cant restore their pro version on this new app If they treated us like this theyll probably do the same to you in the future Dont download this app     Bad support
This app is very useful and gets updated regularly It can crash at times but at least when it opens again it will save the post you were on so that makes up for it And also the share feature was awesome No more saving a pic and sending it to someone in text Now I can share the full image and title through Text message Seriously its worth the buy Trust me I spend my day on Alien Blue I know things                 Best Reddit app out there
But the best out there right now           Not perfect
Needs TOUCHID support     TOUCHID Support
Love the app although I prefer the desktop site Release notes are great keep em coming guys              Best Release Notes Ever
Just loads and loads and loads and never restores my upgrade to pro     Cant restore upgrade
Best app Ive found so far all around for reddit A few bugs now and then but they do try to clear them up with regular updates Dont upload much so cant vouch for that And this last update has to have the best update info screen Ive seen on an app made me smile                 Great app
As another reviewer mentions if you pay for the pro version each time the app is upgraded your purchase will be lost Its a shame this thievery app is even allowed in the App Store     Do not buy this app
Many people were wondering why restoring their Pro feature wasnt working Its because since Reddit acquired alien blue they cant restore pro features if anyone erased and reinstalled the app This is unacceptable     Everyone must rebuy Pro feature
How do you share a post or copy a link The Ui is very inadequate At least provide us the option of opening the link in a browser Also no idea what the buttons mean How do you sort the posts from hot to top     Disappointing ui
Cant use after last few updates clicking links doesnt work and images wont load Can only readsubmit comments        Pics dont work
Screwed me and thousands of other paying customers out of pro memberships Also its new algorithms no longer make it the front page of the Internet Youll find breaking news and information elsewhere before you will on this website     Screwed me out of a pro membership
I cant restore the pro version     Cant restore pro version
This app drains my iPhone 6 like theres no tomorrow 1 a minute just browsing        Its good but eats up battery life
Seems kinda low to me     I already paid for the pro version and now that Reddit bought this app I have to buy it again
They took 2 for the PRO upgrade but now I cant restore it and have to pay 2 again     Cant restore PRO update Lost 2
I gave it my all and and 3 weeks later I still find it confusing frustrating to use and surprisingly somewhat laggy sometimes compared to other Reddit apps The design while slick and flashy is extremely unintuitive even when performing basic functions Hard pass        I really tried to like this app
That was hilarious Okay seriously I love this App Its interface and service process are smooth and wonderful                 I give this review because of its description for the latest update
Theres a good reason Alien Blue is the official Reddit app If youre a Redditor on iOS its essential                 THE reddit app
Great app and easy to use                 iPhone 5c
Started today when I open the app the screen turns black so you know the phone screen is on the app just seems to go blank     Getting a black screen upon open
