Crashing on iPad Air 2 for awhile now Latest update is no help Still Not Functional
After the old version kept harassing me to install the iPad version I did Wish I had not Every time I try to deposit checks the app crashes Either when trying to take pictures or submit the check Boom Dies It seems to have affected original app as well Deleting iPad version and hoping this fixes the original phone version As added bonus when taking pictures of the back of the check the view switches to portrait and you no longer have any controls You can only switch away to another app New iPad version is terrible crashes
The previous version ran well I received a notice recommending that I upgrade so I did so and deleted the old version STUPID The new version just goes from the log in screen to a white screen Less than useless What a mistake

I use the app on both an IPad Air 2 and an iPhone 6 I dont have problems with it crashing on either device The app is straightforward and does what I need it to do TouchID and support for Apple Pay would earn the 5 star Works Fine Touch ID and Apple Pay requested

It doesnt have the fanciest interface which is sort of a pro since since I dont have to go through a million options and menus to do a transaction It does everything I want it to and does it simply and efficiently Which is all I want from a mobile banking app Yea it doesnt have Touch ID but I could care less about that Simple but effective
Version 110 dated 22315 works fine on iPad Mini 1st generation running iOS 7 GUI is sharp and clear experiencing no performance lag Of course I cant comment on how it performs with other iDevices or iOS versions Version 110 works fine

I love Ally but this app is horrible Tap open on iPad and I just get a gray screen and nothing else This should be at least as good as the iPhone app and it doesnt even work Just take the iPad app down until they can get it right App wont even open
I love simple clean effective apps like this one Easy to navigate and a beautiful layout The only feature that I feel is missing is compatibility with Touch ID andor a PIN code lockout Once Ally adds those it deserves a full 5stars Simple Clean Effective

Ally you are an online only bank How is it that you still dont have mobile features such as Touch ID and Apple Pay available to your customers US Bank which looks like a dinosaur compared to you in every other way has these features available Theres a steady stream of customer complaints through all of your social media pages including the reviews of this app so I think its pretty clear this is what people want Until you implement these basic features I will no longer be banking with you and you will receive one star for any app update you release Additionally calling customers a bunch of babies isnt a very rational argument against rating a bank low due to a lack of features and forward progress Reviewers who criticize Touch ID as being a security concern evidently dont understand the inherent issues with passwords being a primary point of login for any app or website let alone bankrelated ones The use of passwords as a primary point of access especially when twofactor authentication isnt an option such as with Ally is an outdated and vulnerable system With all due respect my and many others criticisms of a lack of additional security features like Apple Pay and Touch ID make a lot more sense than taking these concerns and boiling them down to somehow being related to FarmVille a rude and unnecessary attempt at calling others dumb I imagine No Apple Pay No Touch ID Fail

Very poor App Why Because the app consistently fails to load If you have an online bank and your app fails over and over again for the 3 days straight then what good is your bank Bc Im constantly on the go I can only make it to my PC every 5 days or so Therefore I rely on the app for the most part When it doesnt work it affects my business and my personal life dramatically I am using iPad 4th Generation Note For business I also have aWindows phone At the same time as the iPad app is failing so is the Windows app Very Poor App
