I just found this app and have been using it with my MacBook using the Apple TV as a secondary display I have the iTunes Visualizer running on the TV and the lights responding to that color hue It s pretty rad actually The only recommendation I have for improvement is adding some functionality to allow multiple lights to automatically analyze different areas of the screen instead of having to manually select different areas of the screen for different light reactions But overall it s a really good app                 I dig it Meageropulence

When I start Netflix it dims the lights and when I enter full screen they turn off completely Even if the screen is bright white Also the 2 minute trial thing is terrible At least make it 2 hours so people can test it with a movie or something         Doesn Wolfy519

Read another users review and read that it only works for 2 minutes for free Misleading so I deleted it never even ran it Plus in december Philips will be offering this feature for free in the proprioatory Phillips HUE app Sooo I guess enjoy it while ya can         2 minutes 2 stars QuantumParodox

I ve restarted the app my Mac the Hub and anything that can be unplugged from a power source and the app will not stop Connecting Up until then as I said in the title it was alriight Not much customization unless there s something I m missing but I guess really the sole purpose is movie syncing Maybe customization doesn t happen with movie syncing idk i m new to the Hue But either way it s sole purpose it pulled off okay i guess Not much to compare it too except a yuotube video of this dude using Windows 10 on his Mac and streaming it on the One and the color changing was tremendous this app 5 outta 10 Way too expensive that s for sure and for now not working whatsoever             Won t Work Anymore Up until then it was alright ZachLombardi27

This app works for a couple of minutes without purchasing the IAP Making the free just misleading And also there s no real info telling you how or why to purchase And the app can t be hidden from the dock At least not in the trial version     Meaningless without the IAP IDEAPRIS0N

The app is reliable and works just fine however there are a few things that would be a nice addition For example the app allows you to only control one lamp and it would be more easy to control with a menu bar icon             Good app Alex__lab
