Took two hours to get one iOS App and the camera up on initial setup A key step is to leave the User and Password fields as Admin and Admin THEN change them to your preferred names Quick Start directions need to clarify this Once I tried and errored my way through that problem the camera and software work as advertised although it takes some effort to figure out features There has got to a better way to design the software and setup Hardware is very cool though BTW don t bother with the cloud app It doesn t work Believe the reviews         Setup Quick Start Documentation Need Work Northwoodssense
