Is this just to see the transactionsno other useful feature Very few features        Rich bank and Poor app

The app needs a lot of user interface improvements     Needs Improvement

The iPhone app works well with Touch ID but for some reason it hasnt been impemerged in the iPad version           Time for touchID support for iPad

I have this app for my iPad and iPhone wish iPad also supported Touch ID but I realize thats a relatively new feature for iPads anyway I had a question about a pending charge on my account and I was able to get my question answered within seconds with the inapp web chat feature It default leaves your camera off thank goodness This app makes managing my account a breeze                 Account managing made easy

I really dont know what everyone is talking about this app being bad I just set up a future payment like I always do on my iPhone It executed in the same way as usual This is an excellent app and everyone should try it again                 Great AppJust Like iPhone

Please add Touch ID              No Touch ID

Most of these reviewers got it right when they say the iPhone app is better This does not show youre full credit balance and I think that is just basic for a credit card app It also does not let you click on rewards to see how you earned them or offer local deals like it does on the iPhone They really do just need to follow the same formula from the iPhone and apply it to the iPad        Not even close to being as good as the iPhone App

My expectation when downloading this app was to encompass all my AMEX accounts all in one Apparently the app can do so much and the developers are willing to put in just the bare essentials to please a percentage of card members No Serve or High Yield Savings accessibility     St out of Luck

Updated 10292014 I can see my charges and payments great but I really really need a running total I see a paymentgreat but I have no idea at a glance what my balance is going forward From my last payment So hard to judge if the total balance is correct without going to the PDF statement I like the Bank of America app much better because of the easy to follow running total With the BofA app I can go back to my last payment and go forward from there Seeing a running total of charges and credits if any This really makes checking my creadit card statements quick and easy as pie Not so easy with the American Express App It does not show a running total so that means I have to go to the PDF doc to find my starting point Much more complicated and muchmuch more time consuming I really hate that Please changeupdate If a running total is added to this app then this would be a great app for my needs           Needs running total like BofA app

This app works very well I use it all the time on my iPad would love the Touch ID its so nice on my iPhone 6              Great App

Cant agree more with those that are asking for Touch ID for iPad Air 2 users If you can do it for iPhones why not iPads too              Touch ID

The very basic ability to view your foreign spending is missing It has the conversion to USD already done but doesnt list the foreign amount like the AMX main website Whoever left it off should be shot How basic can you get     Foreign spending

Technically my wife is the primary account holder for our household AmEx I was told by AmEx Customer Support that the app only works for the primary account holder Because of that I found the app 100 useless     Useless

Missing features TouchID and Statements and security preferences        Marginal

App looks different than the iPhone app which is much better Just make the iPhone app universal optimize it for iPad and release it        Just merge it with the iPhone app

The description leads me to believe that you can use this app to load your AMEX OFFERS not your card Disappointing           Lacks AMEX OFFERS functionality

Who can remember all their passwords when theyre away from their main computer All companies want us to have unique unguessable passwords and then expect us to memorize all of them too Impossible Add Touch ID as other companies have already done and this app may become useful     Useless without Touch ID

The App does not allow payments to be made It rejects amounts inserted using an iPad Have to go to website to accomplish simple payment     Cannot make payments using the app

The app just shows you account balances I wanted to use my points dollars but they dont give you a way to do that No useful features that I could find        Not worth the effort

As some other reviewers have noted this app is sorely lacking in features compared to the iPhone app It does show balances and charges and allow for paymentsthough the payment interface is awfulbut thats it Please update the app for feature parity with the iPhone app especially TouchID integration Without TouchID theres not much reason to have an iPad app rather than visit the website in Safari           Very basic app

The AMEX app for iPad is nowhere near as good as the AMEX app for iPhone in terms of design and functionality AMEX needs to take some lessons from discover Discover already has Touch ID integration for their app        Crap app

As I write this app is almost a year old and is overdue for an update The UI is clunky the product of an ad agency trying to be cool Im sure Features are missing such as payment history           Getting dated

Love how I can see whole statements and PDF files of them but please integrate Touch ID as well as other features that are shown on the iPhone app           Please create app like iPhone app

Overall app looks okay iPads with Touch ID were launched an year ago and we are still waiting for the correct update from Amex I am having the Touch ID login for my iPhone why not iPad           Please include the Touch ID login for iPads

I have a personal saving account with American Express so I thought this app would manage my Amex account but as soon as I tried to login It says my id has been revoked This gave me a scare So I went online and was able to login This App should be able to handle any Amex financial account but it does not        Should be renamed Amex for credit

I use this app all the time but unlike my iPhone I dont have Touch ID on the iPad Air 2 and I hope they add this soon              Great App but needs Touch ID for iPad Air 2

4 out of 5 times this app wont even let me log on Keeps telling me I used the wrong user name or passcode when I know its correct     Terrible app

The app make it easy to manage basic things on your account such as viewing transactions and payment But they should add Amex offers on the iPad app as they did on the iPhone app              Clean and easy to use Still need more features
