Something new something very cool From the gameplay to the graphics animations rather top shelf fare If you like puzzley titles I d call this a must and as far as I know ain t nothin else like it But to me 4 is a little pricey for a game that s not a huge racer a long rpg or other very large games                     Holy innovation druol

Okay to be fair I got this one for free and I do think the current sale price is too much But the graphics are GORGEOUS and the background sounds are relaxing and once you get past the easier levels it gets far more enjoyable if you re into puzzles and I am I really love this game It s hard to put down and I will definitely play it again and again it s a keeper Just one question though why are the frogs ancient Hungry flexible frustrating contorted little buggers yes but ANCIENT Eh no matter Try this game                     Great Puzzler Scrabbaddict

I may not be enjoying it as much as other reviewers because I just find this game too difficult but I m sure some people like that It s technically a good game the graphics are nice the sound is good and the controls work very well but it s not fun I would easily recommend it to anyone looking for a challenging puzzle game and for those people it s definitely worth the asking price but for most people I would say save your money             Not very fun but very challenging pholly

The graphics i have to say are amazing I am still amazed at when you finish a puzzle and it turns the page how 3d the daisy looks I mean it looks more 3D to me then Nintendo s new 3DS at least the flying game it had That aside the developer didn t rely just on graphics a lot of times if you get good graphics they get lazy on actually fun to play The game is very challenging and an interesting concept So if you like puzzle games this one is a definite must Especially if you just want a relaxing game cause the background sounds they use are very relaxing As for some one complaining it wouldn t turn the sound off if you put the iphone s mute button on I did not find that to be a problem maybe it was a past bug that needed to be fixed I had to check that out cause there are some games recently I find that are bad about that and I agree I don t appreciate it when a game doesn t respect the silent button As for price I personally think 5 dollars is a bit much for any puzzle game but I will admit it is obvious they spent time really working on the graphics so maybe it s deserved but I hate to say it if I had to pay for this game I got it when they were offering it free 5 dollars would have been an instant turn off I d say the game is definitely worth 3 though and I m a cheapskate when it comes to puzzle games as in general I d rate most as worth 99 cents                     Great game Tigress666

Tried the free version and loved it Both sound and visuals are stunning I m a huge fan of the Naturespace audio app and like their tracks the soundscape of this game removes you from reality and places you right in the middle of a lush rainforest I was going to wait til this went on sale to buy it 3 99 now but after reading his blog at the website I took the plunge This work of art is a one man project and the result of his care and dedication is magnificent I ve plopped down 99 cents for many games that were obviously churned out by the dozen Buying this gives me a good feeling not just because I love the gameplay but because supporting talented developers will increase the number of quality apps on the appstore My only wish is for eventual gamecenter support or achievements Otherwise this gem is an absolute must have for puzzle lovers Developer updated to include Gamecenter and Openfeint Wish granted thank you so much                     Worth it heatherdoesntreview

This game starts out so easy that I wasn t sure I would like it The amazing graphics kept me going though and in only a few levels it became a challenging enjoyable and immensely satisfying puzzle game The introductory walk through is very thorough the controls are very easy to master and there is nothing to dislike about this one                     Stunning Graphics Challenging Puzzles Medbie

I am completely amazed at the unique creativity and polished aesthetics of this app My only gripe aside from my own ineptness at solving some of the trickier puzzles at par is that I keep mistakenly swiping the daisy as I try to stretch for my footing Maybe a double tap would better suit the hint question mark and menu daisy That s so nit picky to really even be called a complaint but it s the only one I have Stunning work EDIT The Daisy problem was fixed a while back but I forgot to update my review                     Stunning jfenwick

Yes the game is absolutely gorgeous and the concept is an excellent one but the flexibility of the frogs changes even within a level depending on whether the move you want to make is the right one or not Sometimes they ll stretch so far they seem rubber and sometimes they won t even fully extend a leg I think the game would be significantly better if the abilities of the frogs remained consistant Even if different species had different abilities The exact same frog who can make a certain move for one turn should be able to make that same move for another turn             Beautiful but Thing5

Ancient Frog I played the light version and was pretty impressed I have never played anything like this before This was a game I had to have so getting the full version was a no brainer I am 33 years old I have had EVERY system I have been playing video games since I was just out of diapers I have so many ipod games it s rediculous Ancient Frog is on a certain page in my ipod touch a page that I reserve for my favorite games I like to keep them together Peggle Triazzle Baseball Sluggers Snake Galaxy Match 3d To name a few I am still not sure how someone came up with such a beautiful concept The frogs look amazing animations and modeling Also I love the fact that there are different backgrounds for different puzzles I could go on but the sure thing is to just play it see what you think Just do yourself a favor Play the lite version for at least 10 minutes see if it grows on you Remember the full version gives you 100 puzzles with tons of content I am sure happy I found this beauty Check out my other reviews                     Incredible game incredible developer Coloursound

I can t believe how beautiful this game is I love the nature sounds and how the frogs move their little toes as they adjust into position I love how everything is rendered in 3 D so when a screen flips it looks so cool It s these little details that elevate this app s quality from standard to superior and I commend the developers for going the extra mile Is this game for you If you want action no If you are easily frustrated by intellectual challenges no This game will not raise your adrenaline level so don t look to it for thrills However if you are analytical and like to take your time untangling a knotted necklace you will like this If you need something to do while bored at your desk you can leave this sitting open and idly flick it with your finger without it being obvious that you are playing a game Don t tell anyone I said that Just a note the levels that are rated Impossible are not actually impossible so don t be intimidated It is very rewarding to finally conquer a tough level If I was going to get picky I d suggest adding a buzzing sound for the fly and maybe changing the popping sound of the frogs footsteps And perhaps flowerbuds would be nicer than those cabbage thingies that represent the levels But I m happy with Ancient Frog the way it is To me it was well worth the price                     Escape to Nature Brainspoon
