This App has great potential if employees knew how to use it properly They can scan my phone for my card number OR I can generate a short numerical code to give to them Why is this completely impossible for the employees at the Oak Lawn IL store to do I have tried many times to use this and only once did the employees know what to do The very last time I tried to use this App I gave the employee taking the order and the cashier at the window my code My code was not used When I questioned the cashier about it her response was You have to give us the code before you order I told her I did and asked her to fix it A manager came flying in telling me that they do not use this app and there was nothing she could do I have never returned TOTAL DISCONNECT AT OAK LAWN IL
