So I deal with this app 5 day out of the week now they have made some ok changes to the app in looks alone but ever since the upgrade there has been plenty of problems I E ticket don t come in till hours later can t complete ticket from your phone when closed from a computer the tickets don t close on your phone Just some of the problems I deal with now 5 days a week the older version was much better     Upgraded version not good sac2188

Any notes after a certain number of characters is not viewable by the user I am also now unable to login An update with bug fixes is needed badly in my opinion This is a good app when it works Most if not all of the people I know who use this app are not having any problems except for the notes issue             Some issues Zablackwolf
