The old aol tv app was so awesome It listed exactly what was on tv based on your cable provider I dont even know what this app is trying to be Except a total waste of time BRING BACK THE OLD APP     Completely worthless

Videos dont play on my iPad Says video will start and gives a countdown and nothing happens What a waste No wonder AOL is dead     Doesnt work at all

It would be a good app if it didnt crash all the time You hear a few seconds of information and then silence If you keep hitting the play button you may get a word or 2 but thats it If it ever gets fixed it would be a good app but for now it rates a less than 1 star     Continuously crashes

The content is great and I like watching the content vs reading I understand the model of commercials but it is waaaaay too excessive Every new segment I watch starts with a commercial I start dreading whatever brand I see because it appears over and over I will be looking for another app too watch I have already left aolif I want real news Thanks     Too many commercials

Just installed on and it works terrific I have an iPhone 4s and happy to report not a single problem installing AOL has great videos of all recent events and come thru clearly with updates From world to sports events it has everything                 Retired

If i wanted to WATCH the news id watch tv where thats all you do I actually would like to READ something i know thats probably difficult for most people these days     No stars

Its a decent app but the advertisements in between every other video are annoying Vodio is ten times better Nicer interface more content no ads        Too many ads

It gets a real low score in usability in my view Scrolling through an endless matrix of video clips with no idea what it is about unless you stop on each one and wait till its title then appears Quite frustrating to use Much prettier than the old one but far less usable        New version is very pretty but

15 30 seconds video ads A waste of time An extra for ChromeCast support PS your SCREEN is hijacked while the ads run You cant adjust volume on screen must use side buttons And LOTS of app crashes     too many ads

All of the news in this AOL video app has a gigantic monumental leftwing slantagendabias They dont even try to hide their nonobjective push at news Im fine with news from all corners of the ideological spectrum Yet when you purposefully leave out the most popular news channel in the country well that agenda leaves a very sour taste in my mouth They cover all of the socalled major news channels but somehow have zero Fox News coverage in the application The Fox News Channel has been number 1 in cable news for something like 14 or 15 years now and you get absolutely zero coverage for them here I guess it just continues to speak volumes about the leftwing slant of this application Id be fine with the app if they offered a full sweep of all of the popular news sources but they fail miserably at this in my opinion I do however like how the videos are presented and how when you swipe to a new video it starts playing and when you swipe away it stops So for the userinterface I give the application a full five stars But as far as corralling objective news I give AOL a big 10 stars The nice and refreshing interface is the only reason that I gave the application a generous neutral score of 3 stars Offer unbiased news and I will be happy to update my review and rating accordingly           Huge LeftWing Slant
