This is a perfect way to study for the exam or anything that you are struggling with specifically AP exam ready

Its pretty handy that you can take practice tests and see what you go wrong and study on that but as a person who likes immediate feedback from the flash cards theres not much to offer The sections only have like two flash cards each which Im pretty sure theres more to each chapter than that So all in all if you like to take the test then look over the answers I guess its for you but the flash cards offer barely anything in terms of getting you ready for the AP test Good for testing and thats about it
