Nice update I get to see what buildings are nearby both with and without availability and also get to read reviews about them I ve used Apartment Ratings many times in my apartment search in two different cities and I simply can t live without it It s my go to when apartment hunting I love that it now has apartment rental prices and availability so I can do it all in one place Terrific work guys                     availability AND reviews very nice JamesK212

Xchange is a wonderful location I lived here for 3 years and I had no complains about anything Everyone was always on top of everything and maintenance always responds immediately The grounds are kept very clean which is a must for me As far as moving out I will be serious I was a bit skeptical about receiving my deposit I chose to be present during the move out inspection I was charged for things that we both agreed on and I have to say he was very fair and reasonable I have no complaints and would for sure recommend this place to any of my friends                 Great opportunity Lilylilylily95
