I agree with the criticism that there is no instruction The instructions section is really a disclaimer that provides no guidance on how to perform the exercises I can hold my breath and look at my watch for free     Stinks Drmike34

This app comes with zero instructions on how to use so unless you are familiar with apnea breathing techniques and terminology this app is worthless At its best its a basic glorified timer and the app offers nothing that a regular stopwatch tracker app can t do Don t waste your money on this I m sorry that I did     Should be free do not waste your money RikiTikiTavi13

My main complaint is the log book It only shows you the exercise you did number of cycles and the date and time I think it s pretty reasonable to expect that people using this app would want to see details for each exercise Show me the ventilation times and breath hold times For future development people want to see long term trends Graphs             Good but could be better Ontha1

This is a great app for CO2 and O2 tables as well as max breath hold The log lets you track your progress The user interface is nicely designed and built My main gripe with this otherwise great app is it doesn t give you the option to have an audible countdown timer I do my tables lying flat with my eyes closed Not knowing when the ventilation period is ending means I have to open my eyes and raise my head to check the timer This is a major oversight and the reason I didn t give this well designed app five stars                 Great App Needs One Enhancement Though Nevada Montagu

Great app let s you work on your o2 and co2 tables and will make a table for you based off your max breath hold time a couple improvements could be made though 1 having a countdown before your breath hold 2 ability to save in the log book your max breath hold time 3 in the log book it should have the option of seeing the settings you used on the tables you went through instead it just tells you what table you did and the date Other than that it s a great app                     Yo Mintuuutututu

The CO2 table settings won t let me go under 1min of ventilation Other than that it seems good I haven t had similar issues with the oxygen settings             good but some settings are not freely adjustable Cvbcsun

It s an app that takes your freediving Apnea table and makes it super easy to follow There is an O2 table Co2 and Pranayama table that most freedivers will be looking for However the biggest flaw and its a big one is that it doesn t help you keep track of your Apnea PR You would basically have to remember or write down your longest hold to see if you are improving They should definitely have a log that can graph how you ve improved after you start training             Almost perfect Freediving123
