It doesnt actually put frames on your icons It puts squares on your actual background image that line up with the icons If you dont have the exact same layout of icons on every page you will just have frames with no icons So its basically the background of your choice with squares all over it Waste of money It makes it seem as though they are putting frames on every icon and thats it but that is not the case Waste of money
