Apparently someone didn t test this application with the latest 10 13 3 update I am stuck on an error The required framework AirTrafficHost is out of date Please update iTunes that doesn t seem to have any resolution I checked and am running the latest iTunes version 12 7 3 Disappointing because I use this app weekly     Doesn t launch Error AirTrafficHost is out of date YoMaster

I see a lot of negative comments here but I honestly believe that the reason is because people just don t understand the program and its purpose It is NOT like Configurator 1 so if you re expecting a fancier version of Configurator 1 then you re going to be confused The logic and workflow of Configurator 2 is not the same so take a little time to wrap your head around it If you have a strong sense of logic you will appreciate this program I use it all the time without issue We have six hundred iPads at this school district and each one is supervised and managed initially with Apple Configurator 2 and then remotely with Meraki MDM Also I see negative comments that just don t make sense I think that some people don t understand what it means to supervise a device So in other words the average user probably will not understand how and why to use this but if you work in an IT Department for a school or business and manage multiple devices then this program works just fine And it s free                     Works just fine BradGolden

After updating to macOS High Sierra Configurator 2 now only supports tvOS 10 2 or better As an Apple TV developer I still need to develop apps for the older platforms there s still a LOT of older devices out there Configurator was a useful tool for development so I hope an update is released that restores some functionality for older Apple TV devices     Now only supports tvOS 10 2 msalsbery

i was looking for a way to rearange my iPhone screens as apple deleted this option out of itunes Well this app also can not do it would make sense but what makes sence is not apples thing anymore     Almost Useless App and cumbersom to handle Cai_Zhou

This application is a joke it has the potential to be fantastic however Apple has fallen very short from acceptable software here The application displays endless popups for Would you like to use Touch ID for future purchases when loading applications from a blueprint there is no way to remove a supervision profile from a device without erasing it I wish I could use this software I really do however until these issues are resoved I will not be able to utilize this in my daily workflow     Horrific application with no documentation Benjamin.S
