App only shows 2 of 3 screens doesn t stay connected turn on lights jets temp adjustment and EZ button 3rd screen which shows PH and Salt level doesn t display until I download app again so the one thing I d like to track the most I can view Most half assed app I ve ever seen Drops on and off at random even when I m sitting in the spa and the router is less than 10 yards away and it s hard wired Does anyone actually QA this application before it sent to Apple Google Store or are we flying by nite     Ridiculous bitrsqurl

This app is no good Paid extra for the option to connect wirelessly to my hot tub so I can monitor and control the tub remotely Wifi connectivity never worked Network option worked until update 4 1 5 was installed Currently no connectivity with my hot tub Arctic Spas answer is to run a hardware cable from my tub drill a hole thru the wall of my house and connect directly in to my router     Wifi and network options do not connect Grbx22

The power management used to it perfectly but somehow during one of the updates this section got neglected Now there is no save button when you select power management hours and the power management hour drag the line does not work properly It is impossible to set hours for power management therefore it is impossible to use time of day metering with the system and it is costing me over 100 a month Hurry up and fix this and I will change the review     Power management does not work Bagzzzz

This app used to be great until the last update Now when I connect it does so only long enough for the app to get the current settings Changing settings with the app is a study in frustration waiting for it to reconnect which it does not want to do Please fix it Artic     Used to be great Rajani Isa

Arctic should be ashamed of this piece of junk You pay top dollar for a spa and you can t check the operation without going outside Worked for about 4 months then stopped     Don t waste your money Grandparents nightmare
