It has subtitles in English but you cant read them and watch the steps at the same time Its a nice video but would be of no help to a beginner If you speak Spanish AND youre an intermediate or above tango dancer AND you want something portable sure But otherwise there are better options And lesson three is still missing as of June 11 In Spanish not for beginners
